I feel so frustrated and foolish for not moving to another office sooner. With all the negative experiences I've had here, I honestly don't understand how this place is still operating in the healthcare field. I expect healthcare professionals--whether doctors or staff--to have compassion and care, but instead, all I've encountered is rude, unprofessional behavior. Sometimes I wonder why I'm treated this way--do I really seem that naive or stupid? But after reading other reviews, I realized I'm not alone in feeling this way. Let's talk about appointments. Is it normal for a doctor's office to never answer the phone? Even the designated texting number for appointments doesn't work. I've tried texting, but no one ever responds. So, am I supposed to physically go there just to make an appointment? Imagine living far away and having a busy schedule--how is that even feasible? There was a young girl, who I believe is a newbie MA, and she was trying to draw my blood. She seemed really nervous about it, and honestly, I could tell something wasn't right. As I watched her, she actually yelled at me to look away, saying that if I was looking at her, she couldn't focus. I asked to have someone else do it, of course she gave me a rude attitude and walked away grumpily. It was such an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. There're a lots problem for me with this office during the time I were patients here but the last visit was the final straw for me. I went in, polite as can be, to ask about my blood results and to request a copy of my chest X-ray. The receptionist barely acknowledged me and acted so condescending. When I asked about the blood results, she just muttered, "Normal," without even looking at me. It was shocking how rude she was. I've since moved myself and my family to another clinic, and I've been telling everyone I know to do the same if they're experiencing the same frustrations. I've even helped some people switch doctors. This place has been the worst experience for me, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Please, avoid this office if you can and find a better option! Extremely poor customer service, unprofessional and uneducated medical assistants, and rude behavior from both the doctor and staff. I know the office staff probably never reads feedback, which is why they continue to operate this way after so long. I will probably end up asking my insurance to give me a new Dr. my experience has been nothing but horrible at this office. They are horrible at returning any phone calls-sometimes it won't even let me leave a message-it just rings. Also-they don't normally respond to texts. It's super frustrating. They have gotten my referrals wrong. It's a nightmare to even try to let them know that and I need to be seen...oh! I had the 1st appointment for the day and the receptionist comes to unlock the gate to let us up the stairs and she doesn't greet one person. (Yes you read that-you have to walk up steps! No elevator) She was extremely rude. I coughed a few times (not in there for a cough) and she said don't tell Dr tram if I have a cough or she will treat me for that and not see me for my other needs and I would have to make a new appointment. Like...WHAT?? Dr tram didn't seem to care about my issues. I asked her to refer me and she looked at me like I was crazy. One last thing...the parking is Horrendous. I was almost in tears of how complicated and tight it was. (I am normally a good driver but even with my backup camera it was more than difficult) A Good Samaritan saw me struggling and helped me out. Cars shouldn't be packed like sardines just to leave somewhere. Beware if you come here. I'd say don't. But if you do, triple check their work. If I can give a zero I would. Ms. Tram le should not be a doctor!! She has no compassion or passion as one. You know she's only in it for the money. The way she dress says it all. There is no patient care whatsoever. You can wait 3-5 hours to get in and only get less than five minutes of her time. You are just a number!!! The more she can rush through in a day, the more she gets paid. The way she treats her patients as less than humans makes me wonder how she got her degree. Must be one of those girls that cheats her way through the system. You try to use any vocabulary more than hurt or pain, she will not understand. You got to keep it preschool level for her to acknowledge it (IF even). Anything higher, she'll just ignore you cause she does not comprehend. Yes they are a very busy office and sometimes you wait a little while, and yes, even with an appointment and yep....sometimes it takes a few tries to reach them on the phone. I waited over an hour just for Dr. Tram Lee to see me for less than five minutes. She didn't seem to listen or care about what I was saying. I told her what I was experiencing, and she quickly brushed it off and recommended an over-the-counter medication I had already tried--which I told her. If I could give 0 stars I would. Tricare assigned as PCP. She wouldn't give me a referral to see a gynecologist without a visit to her office. Showed up as a walk-in and waited hours just to get taken to the back, no exam and she signed a paper saying I could have a referral. That portion lasted 5 minutes. Now a few months later I have a biopsy scheduled through endocrinology and tricare needs my PCP to submit authorization. They continue to not answer the phone and when they finally did, you guessed it they wouldn't submit an authorization without another visit, not an exam, just a billable office visit for them to sign papers saying I was there in person. I wish I had looked at reviews before accepting as my PCP but I got excited when I heard they were open on Saturday. Now my biopsy has been rescheduled to January pending prior authorization that will hopefully be coming from a new PCP, and hopefully my situation doesn't get worse in the meantime. read more

Really sad how bad this place has become. Does anyone even check their reviews? Of course not. Either that or they don't care about their customers opinions. Call them anytime of the day, no one will answer you. You would think they are busy but busy every time I call? They're really not. worst experience ever with this place. 6 months ago i broke my elbow, took me a week to get an appointment, took another week to refer me to a specialist and the referral comes through and she sends me to a BACK specialist for my ELBOW. fast forward to today and i get a referral for a dermatologist, call the number on the referral and it's a gastroenterologist, so i get referred to a STOMACH specialist for my SKIN. not a fan of the staff here, not a fan of the 40 minute wait time WITH an appointment, not a fan of unreliable hours, not a fan of them not answering the phone. just called my insurance and switched to a new provider so i never have to step foot in here again. read more

Worst doctor's office I've ever encountered! Besides the 1.5hr wait despite your scheduled appointment, they have very poor customer service. I work in the medical field and one of our goals is patient satisfaction. The doctor don't even seem to care how you're feeling as long as she writes the prescription and referrals then off you go after being seen for about 1-2 mins. Such a waste of time! I wasn't even notified with my referrals that I have to keep calling them after 2-4 wks from the date the referral's been made. They either put you on hold for 15-20mins or they won't pick up the phone at all and their phone won't accept voicemails. Sooo frustrating. They don't even deserve a star :( read more

This isn't a review about Dr. Le, but her front office staff. Their customer service is god awful. So incredibly unprofessional. My brother had an appointment at 11, but the doctor had an emergency and had to leave. They claimed they called him a million times (he only had one missed call) and then pretty much spent the entire 5 minutes we spent there complaining about how he didn't pick up. Did I mention that they lost my brothers health insurance card? My brother told them they never gave it back and the woman who took his card to make a copy swore up and down she gave it back. I've read the reviews about Dr. Tram. I actually disagree. I thought that she was very forward and professional. Yes, she refers you to other facilities, because it's her job to send you to another doctor that specializes in your particular problem. My appointment was set almost immediately at UCSD, thanks to her. She was on top of it. I don't need some doctor to sugar coat or over medicate me, and she's not that type of doctor. I agree about the staff, not a friendly environment, waiting room is tiny, and yes there are a lot of walk ins. But if you're going to see her through your insurance, you obviously don't pay much. It has taken months to take care of the simplest things because of mistakes, lack of communication, voicemail being full, busy signals, no returned calls... terrible! I have worked in the medical field and can honestly say they are either short staffed or have bad leadership. We are switching to a different pcp ASAP. Literally the worst Dr.'s office I've ever been too. They have no waiting area, it smelt like mold, one of the staff members looked like she had the flu, and they hardly speak English (including the Dr). I went in for an over all exam and the Dr just took my pulse, listened to my heart rate, and then said I was fine. I am completely and utterly flabbergasted with this place to say the least. I just moved to San Diego and this medical center was set as my primary health doctor office. I tried calling four times to make an appointment and even left a voicemail but never received a call back. I physically went in there and made an appointment the next day to be seen for UTI pain. I had a sore throat and the staff was concerned about that, despite having no other symptoms. There was no private room, I was pulled into an attachment of the main office. The bathroom had no paper towels and the soap literally had been refilled with water. The doctor was quite rude when I explained I needed to transfer my records from my hometown, which was 10 hours away and would require a fax request. I was prescribed medicine for my sore throat without having even been looked at. When I got the medication, I was not given any information as to side effects or details on taking it. After the first day, I lost my voice and noticed my feet and hands completely turning bright orange and had to go to the ER where I discovered I was having an adverse reaction/allergy. The ER took a look at my throat and instantly diagnosed me with Laryngitis, and explained how I should have never been given these meds in the first place- especially without having been examined. I am very frustrated as this could have all been prevented, as well as the office itself could be more clean especially with Covid and other ongoing viruses. read more
