I was hopeful that making an appt would expedite the wait time at this location; it did not. We…read morewere seen about 90 minutes after the scheduled appt time and left alone in the back room without notice that the doctor was running behind and we may have to wait longer. A little heads up that they were behind schedule would've been appreciated. The staff was very friendly but at the end of the day told me that they weren't sure what kind of illness I had and to take Tylenol and go to another urgent care in a few days for a second opinion. I left the office still in discomfort and disappointed. Not sure I would return to this location. It didn't seem they were well equipped to handle the amount of patients they had.

Dr. Cheffet was extremely diminishing of parental rights. She was pushy and disrespectful. And eventually threatened me if I wouldn't vaccinate my child in her practice under a vaccine schedule (that is now obsolete). Did you not get your big payout for the percentages of patients you vaccinate??? I might've messed with her percentages so she retaliated by breaking my HIPAA rights and reporting me for " negligence" to CPS. We took my son to her very regularly. He got support for every need. She doesn't respect parental rights. I wouldn't be intimidated by her. We have a medical exemption because my child has a very high allergy Profile, neurodivergent and high risk for adverse reaction.. At one point she said there was no risk in vaccinating so I said I would agree if she would sign to be Financially liable, if there were any adverse effects. of course she refused.... Hack of a "doctor". Deplorable ethics. I hope she gets the karma for all those parents. She intimidated for her big vaccine payouts. She's going out on now. I'm gonna report her to the medical board. Gross.

Dr. Cheffet is also very knowledgeable in sports medicine, although, she is not a sports doctor, she does know what she is talking about. She also is an Internal Medicine doctor. So, if you are looking for a doctor, come see her, she is awesome! Dr. Cheffet is no longer at this practice, but I hear she has relocated to another one still in town. Waiting times were outrageous, up to 60-90 minutes. HIPPA violations. Always training "new" people, but office staff were very rude and try to control you when you are describing a problem. Never again. Consider State Medical Board complaint. I see the patterns and still no results on my SSA Disability form done over 12 months ago. While the five-star rating goes to the practice as a whole under Dr. Charles Lee, the credit truly belongs to the nurse practitioners and the front desk staff who run the show. Additionally, Trinh and Bailey at the front desk deserves special recognition. She is incredibly helpful and thoughtful--empathy combined with high efficiency in getting the job done. If I could give Trinh six stars on her own, I would.
