The parking garage is…read moreridiculous to go in and out because it's very tight on the turns to go up to the next level and you have to use mirrors to see if there's oncoming traffic. When you go in the room is pretty big and there's signs to direct you to which counter to go to for your scheduled person. The receptionists are nice and after you checked in and paid your co-pay or whatever, you sit and wait for your name to be called by the nurse that checks your weight, vitals, and writes down information prepping for the NP, PA, or Dr to see further what is going on. My primary doctor I was assigned to is Dr. Kesling, and I've only met him once because he is always really busy but he is such a sweet and nice old man. I've always seen nurse practitioner Paula Leibham or the physicians assistant Amy Wray. I always go to those two because they actually listen to me about my problems, how I'm feeling that day or how long my symptoms are going for. After that they sometimes ask about background history of the family if it's for serious symptoms they're looking for and since I often see them they remember my past illnesses or problems and check up to see how I am doing. After listening they give their recommendations and write prescriptions for what I have and to go fill it. Sometimes they have assistants that even call in to the pharmacy you go to, to have the prescriptions filled for you if you are unable to go. I like the fact that they call you sometimes to check on you if you have an ongoing problem. They make me feel better whenever I go to the doctors and I am a person that HATES to go. Remember to validate your parking before you leave! The only sucky thing about this place is that you have to call in and make an appointment and there is no walk-ins, but for serious problems you can go downstairs into the ER at the Sharp Hospital. But maaaaybe if you're lucky and somebody cancelled, then you can go in the same day? but fat chance that happening. So there's one of the NP's that I think does not work there anymore but if that person was, I'll edit my review... they were very unpleasant and did not listen to me about how I was feeling and my symptoms that I had and kept attacking me with "are you sure?" "i don't believe you." "oh really." yada yada. man did she ever make me so scared to even come and get cured for anything even a cold, maybe because she was having a horrible day? who knows. I later scheduled for a different person and it was Amy and it turns out to be something serious rather than something to not be looked at. Just go to Amy or Paula, soooo nice and smiley and looks like they actually love their job and helping you. I wanna give this place 4.5 stars for this place, only because of the parking, but if that one scary person still works there... definitely a 4.

I have been calling this IWC Primary Care Office since August 3, 2026. I get put on hold for 30 minutes and then no one responds back to my calls. This office needs to hire more front office staff to cover their large number of patients who walk into their office on a frequent basis. It took me (6 weeks) later before Mia called me this medical office employee to set up a follow up appointment with me to take a Blood Test for a Complete Blood Count Test. That's too long for me to wait for a basic Lab. Test. I had an Appointment today at 11:20 AM to get my Blood Test done by Jade Diaz the medical assistant in the exam room. Jade used a butterfly needle to extract one large tube of blood out of my left arm. Jade said she's giving me a Complete Blood Count today s d will send my blood test out to a lab today but the results will take (one week later). I will be call by their nurse for my blood test results. I also discussed with Jade to examine my left arm for my Cellulitis Infection today that I had for one week now. Jade took off my bandages that I cleaned the infection at my home yesterday morning. Then I saw the redness and the inflammation is still there. My left arm is swollen now with a small amount of blisters with a wound that is still oozing out a clear liquid from this large pus filled blister on my left arm that Dr. Buckley this ER Doctor. Jade said I need to be seen again a second time for a Follow up appointment on October 8, 2026 at 1 PM. My medical insurance company paid for my office visit today. Jade D. the medical assistant was very caring and helpful to me today. Also Mia the medical assistant who talked tk me first. And the office specialist was also very kind and professional to me today. I had the opportunity to meet and talk to Skylar V. who is another Nurse Practitioner that works for IWC Primary Care Office. Skylar was very kind, caring, and personable person to me today. Skylar has prescribed 2 prescriptions medications to me last month in August 2026. In summary,, I received excellent medical care from this IWC Primary Care Office. B

They set the tone for the entire visit (if I had employees like these, I would definitely give them at least 6 week fully prepaid and all inclusive vacation to Bora Bora on the company at least three times per year!) The doctor took real interest in my injury -- not just a quick in-and-out diagnosis, but thoughtful, attentive care. You could tell he was engaged and wanted to help, which is rare these days. Physician's Assistant Glen is a pleasure to work with. Also, he stays on time and on schedule, which I appreciate The televisits have not gone well half the time. In fact, I've given up on them and have switched back to in-person monthly visits. The biggest improvement needs to come in telephone services. In spite of having 5-6 non physician staff there, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Instead, you just get a recorded message and a promise that they'll get back to you in 24-48 hours! Sorry, but that's not good enough. The Ruffin Road office is very nice in a beautiful building with good parking. I'm giving the practice 3 stars for now. Will upgrade to 4 stars when the practice hires and trains better support staff.

From Dr. Ramin Raiszadeh, and his Physician's Assistants to the Nurses, Coordinators and office staff, all have been stellar on my way to wellness. In 2014, I was in an industrial auto accident. I spent the next year with an Orthopedic Surgeon trying to find answers and solutions to my recurring and debilitating neck & Arm pain. He finally told me I needed to see a spinal specialist, and was sending me to the best. (The doctor whom he sent his mother and Friends to). In early 2016 I met with Dr. Ramin Raiszadeh and his P.A.'s. I was feeling lost and helpless. I refused to take ANY Pain management medication before, and to this day will not, (I have a wife children that need me present in this life). They listened to me, my wife.... all of my concerns, worries and we came up with a non-invasive plan to try therapy and local injections to try and relieve, strengthen and heal my 3-Level Cervical Disc Herniations. After some time I realized my injuries were becoming worse and I was unraveling with pain. I went back to ask for surgery. Spine Institute's staff were able to get my insurance company (The US Dept. of Labor, a tedious beast to deal with), to approve all things needed swiftly. I had a 3-Level -ACDF (Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion). I went into surgery In chronic pain, Neck, Shoulders, Arm and Numb Fingers, and over-all, poorly existing. I woke up a few hours later.... Groggy but PAIN FREE. I spent the next few months healing/fusing and strengthening in Physical Therapy. THE ONLY THING A SAY TO PEOPLE IN PAIN FROM CHRONIC BACK/NECk PAIN IS "DO NOT PUT IT OFF! I WISH I HAD THE FUSION RIGHT AWAY". I have recommended Dr. Ramin Raiszadeh and his team to at least several hundred people I've come across in the past few years and will continue to do so for as long as he still practices. I hope in reading this you can feel reassurance about facing possible surgery. I can not thank them enough for giving me back the life I was losing. They are THE BEST!

They are extremely slow, especially when it comes to paperwork. I handle multiple doctors' offices across different counties, so I know how professional offices should operate. This isn't just "unacceptable" -- it is unacceptable. It has now been beyond 10 business days, and simple forms are still not completed. Instead of efficiency, I've been met with excuses, as if patients don't understand how offices work. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous. Even when you arrive on time, you end up sitting far too long before being seen. It adds unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. Because of this, I dread coming to this office. While Dr. Raiszadeh deserves recognition for his surgical excellence, the staff's inefficiency and excessive wait times drag the overall experience down to an inferior rating.
