Also, one day I asked him for a friend who lost one eye and sight on the other eye on an accident, my friend lives in a different country. Came in for my yearly eye exam. During my exam Dr. Strohmeyer was very kind but failed to explain…read morethat one of the tests she was going to do is an extra fee and is not covered by insurance. Was also double charged for a copay. If you don't want surprise extra fees/charges than go somewhere else. Not sure if it's just this location that has issues, but I guess it's your responsibility to ask if everything they are doing is part of the eye exam covered by your insurance. When I told them I was not made aware of the fee and would like it refunded they said they would not give me a refund. Not good business practice. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
