The frame selection at Cusumano Vision Center terrific. There is a wide variety of styles, colors, and name brands to choose from. I particularly have a smaller face and was able to find three glasses that fit exceptionally well. Normally I have trouble finding one pair, let alone three pairs! When I narrowed it down to my three pairs the staff was patient and kind to give me feedback on each pair. Dr. Cusumano even came out to join to see "the finished product" of my glasses selection. A few years ago my daughter, who was a patient at the time, was in a softball tournament in Kansas City. She forgot to bring extra daily contacts with her so I called Dr. Goerrs office on a Saturday morning when they were closed. He knew another doctor in KC and gave them her prescription so we could go to his office and pick them up. This past weekend I was getting ready for my grandson's birthday party and something scratched my eye. I was walking around with one hand covering my eye. I called Dr. Goerrs on his emergency line. He calls me back shortly after. First he apologizes for not answering my call but he just got off a plane in St. Louis and he hasn't even gotten his luggage yet. I tell him what happened and he sent out a prescription to my pharmacy before leaving the airport. We picked it up right away and I could start using it before the party started. I confirmed that they took my insurance. When I arrived at my appointment, I learned that it was at the Manchester location. After driving across town to the Manchester location, I informed the receptionist that I called the Arnold location initially, but they set my appointment for the other location, but never told me. And that even though there are separate phone numbers for the two locations, they both go to the Manchester office, but there is nothing noting this. She didn't seem to care or realize the confusion this would cause. I then handed her my insurance card when she informed me that they don't take my insurance. She explained that they take the medical insurance with my company, but not the vision insurance (this is an eye center). At this point, I cancelled my appointment and left. Huge waste of time!
