We moved into my childhood home two years ago after my mom passed away. The house was 168 years old and required many extensive renovations. We hired a long list of contractors, so we were surprised and overjoyed with the professionalism of Carmen DeMaio. We hired Carmen to fix a bathroom that hadn't worked for at least 50 years. It no longer had running water. Carmen came and wrote a plan detailing every step of the renovation and an estimated cost. Then Carmen ordered all the materials needed for the renovation and had them delivered to our house. Once the renovation began, Carmen and his team arrived at precisely 8:00 a.m. every day, five days a week, to begin work. This was unique because our other contractors juggled several projects at once, and we never knew when they would work and did not inform us when they would not be coming. Obviously, due to the age of our house, this renovation was riddled with problems, and Carmen used intelligence to solve them all, a rarity among contractors. His workmanship is utterly superb; every detail was done to pure perfection. Finally, his price was extremely fair.
