Very professional and honest the whole way thru. They gave experienced advice and were not trying to 'sell us' things as others were doing. They showed us things that needed to be replaced and explained why in the process...and were already doing it before we even knew about it. (Doing it the right way.) Everything came out great...and actually better than expected. When the job was finished, it didn't even look like they were here for several days...everything cleaned up and taken care of. Very thankful for them and the crew. I had 3 different quotes, very happy I chose them. Writing the review, to tell you to hire them as well! Thankful for them.

We hired Richards General Contracting to seal our business's parking lot, and unfortunately, the…read moreexperience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. He was supposed to call ahead to let us know when he'd be arriving, but instead showed up without notice. Part of the agreement included filling in all cracks before sealing, but several were left untouched. He also promised to apply two coats of sealant but barely managed one -- and the coverage was noticeably uneven. His equipment broke down multiple times (including different machines), causing a four-day delay in what should have been a straightforward job. It was clear throughout the process that he lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise for the work. To make matters worse, he caused a scene at the end, demanding payment despite the poor quality and incomplete work. We do not recommend Richards General Contracting for any commercial or professional sealing projects.

The representative was in communication before arriving, during service, and after service. They were very personable and well prepared to help in areas that were not originally requested. Most of the work was very good quality. The only downside was a television mounting. The tv was mounted in a bedroom, but was mounted very low on the wall at the bottom of two adjacent window frames. The feng shui in the room was already problematic so we were looking to create balance and harmony. But the tv looks strange and the feng shui is now balance will be very difficult to achieve. In addition, I was considering purchasing a larger tv for the room, but now I'm not sure one will fit or be aesthetically pleasing. We were told it was installed at "eye level". As I was not onsite during their visit, I chose not to request a change. I also didn't want additional holes in the wall.
