As clearly stated in the Engagement Agreement that you signed, the legal fee is earned upon receipt and is non-refundable. For this reason, we are unable to grant your request for a refund. We also respectfully dispute your statement that "no service has been rendered." Since the start of your engagement, the following services have been provided: - You have had two phone conferences with the attorney regarding your case. - Our legal assistants have actively worked on your file, including monitoring your progress and following up on the documents requested for your bankruptcy evaluation. - Our customer service team has assisted you during multiple phone calls to address your questions and concerns.
