Dr. Lee is the best dentist I've ever had, bar none. Knowing that your dentist truly has your best interests at heart along with the experience to back it up provides invaluable peace of mind, and Dr. Lee illustrates this exceptionally. So far, Dr. Lee has performed two procedures for me (cavity filling and front tooth repair), and both had excellent results. During a procedure, he makes it a point to be communicative, regularly explaining what he's doing and ensuring that I'm comfortable. I appreciate that when there's a choice to be made, Dr. Lee provides facts and options, but allows me to make an informed decision of my own. All of the staff at Dr. Lee's office is kind, helpful, and accommodating. The office itself is beautiful and tranquil, providing a very relaxing setting with its ample windows and quiet courtyard. Tried 4 other dentist before settling here after my dentist Dr Foster retired after 40 years. 2 in CM, 1 in MV, 1 in Tib all good but not for me. Dr Lee is extremely knowledgeable and to the point. Everyone is nice and friendly. I felt safe because of all the precautions starting with the note on the front door and with Robyn greeting me and asking for a positive verbal check. I especially enjoyed Dr Lee's homemade peppermint solution for the nasal passages. I even swabbed a second time. I called in a state of panic (read: spaz) after a dental emergency --- the receptionist, Dee, was calm, understanding and able to get me in first thing the very next morning. Dr. Lee and Viv helped me and not only did tremendous work, but were very patient, caring & understanding. They were very straightforward about costs/expenses (not always the case in medical offices) and did A++++ work - I detest sitting still more than any actual pain, and they were quick, effective, got great results and worked near-painlessly. Dr. Lee is not only professional (knows his business and cares for his staff) he's a wonderful dentist. I was squeezed in for an emergency procedure (not life threatening but certainly a re-filling of a lost filling can be a potential hazard if not dealt with in time.) I was greeted by the most terrific-back-room-assistant ever, Viv. The office assistant Kelly, who handled getting me in, couldn't be there, she had her own emergency to deal with. After filling out a page of info, I was lead into the procedure room where a small prep (mouth-wash) was administered and in comes Dr. Lee. A brief exam, an x-ray, a determination of the problem and off we went. I was done and out in an hour. My tooth (or teeth as two were in peril of falling out of my mouth) looked and felt wonderful, better than before for sure. I should start by saying that I have serious anxiety about dental visits (like I cry the entire way through a cleaning), so the fact that I was so happy and put at ease during my first visit with Dr. Lee says a lot!! Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Lee for full x-rays and an overdue cleaning. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed with warm professionalism. Dr. Lee came out to say hello when I first arrived. The Front Office person helped me with filling out the forms on the computer and gave me a tour of the office. The Dental Asst. greeted me and made sure I was comfortable as she took the full set of digital (YAY! DIGITAL) x-rays. Dr. Lee did a thorough oral exam and cleaning. With the benefit of the digital films, he was able to work with the Asst. to look at each tooth photo as he was cleaning and checking. I don't suffer from dental chair anxiety, but if I did, I would have been comforted by the staff at Dr. Lee's office. The physical surroundings are very soothing, the music is just right, the smiles are genuine and embracing. Extra touches that I really appreciated: - Text message reminder of the appt. - Digital x-rays - Being shown where the restroom was before I even needed it - Cocoa butter for my lips before we started the x-rays - Clear explanation through each step of the process - Warm lemony towel for my mouth/face at the end NICE touches that did not go unnoticed! read more
