I purchased a Groupon for Dr. Black on 7/18. It was a Saturday, so I wasn't expecting them to be open, but wanted to call and leave a message about scheduling a new patient appointment. It rang a few times and rolled to voicemail. Again, no problem they didn't answer, but the voicemail was full. Just in case, I did try again on Sunday and got the same. Today, Monday July 20th, there hours are listed as 10am -1pm & 3pm - 6pm, so I called multiple times throughout the day. Still no answer and by the afternoon, it just rolled straight to voicemail, which was still completely full. :( The really disappointing thing is that I noticed today that his Groupon is on special today. That means even more new patients and I can't even get through to the office as it is. I traded in the Groupon and used the credit to buy one for another chiropractor. I have been in pain since April '24. I struggled with constant pain (numbness, tingling, burning, pinches, swelling, etc.) in my right arm, with no breaks until 3 weeks later. This was my first visit to a chiropractor so I was not sure what to expect. But doctor Black was very nice and did a fine job of putting my neck and back to ease. There is a scope for improvement in one field which is time management. My appointment was at 5:45 pm and I reached there on time ( despite of the place hidden). My turn came around 6:20 pm. Now I do understand a bit of delay because sometimes some patients can take more time clarifying things with the doctor but it's a 35 mins wait straight up. I did had another appointment with someone after this which I had to cancel due to this delay and it's definitely inconvenience if things are not done on time. May be next time text patients the wait time 30-40 mins in advance so they plan accordingly? Or something to manage time better. I liked my experience with doctor though. read more

Was not that impressed with my experience here. Purchased a 25 min massage which was prob more like 15 mins. Wasn't impressed with the technique of the massage. Used a massage gun on me that had like an electric shock which wasn't even explained to me prior to using. The chiropractor literally saw me for less than 5 minutes. Did a pretty lazy assessment in my opinion. I give it two stars for the massage table they had which was pretty nice. read more
