I want to share my wonderful experience with Aspen Dental today…read more I have to admit I was skeptical at first to go, after reading the reviews; but ya can't believe everything you read & hear; as most people don't make a review on the good things. I have 2 friends who go to Aspen; so I asked them of their experience. Both said they were very happy. I went to visit Aspen directly yesterday to meet them & ask questions. I met the office manager Deon she was so pleasant, nice, & understood my needs & concerns. We scheduled the appointment today at 2pm. I had my consultation & cleaning done the same day. My hygienist Morgan was great, very knowledgeable to health care of my teeth. I even purchased a water pick; I'm so excited can't wait to use it... The ex Rey tech Danielle ( I believe that was her name) She was so experienced and quick to getting the x-rays completed. Without any discomfort she made having my x-rays, very pleasant and easy to do Dr. Busbee, was very pleasant as well. My overall experience was absolutely great... The only thing I'd like to say it to the readers; Per the negative reviews below. Please give Aspen a chance!!! THEY WERE GREAT, SO FRIENDLY SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I've seen many dentist over my time. You really won't be disappointed with Aspen! I realizes there's different levels of healthcare and things that people need. Aspen has the experience & technology to deliver the hygienic healthcare care that everyone needs to all levels of healthcare. Obviously the choice is yours in the end! Dr. Frisk recommended a treatment plan for an entire smile makeover and I am in LOVE. It was a lengthy procedure but Dr. Frisk and her staff made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. I haven't even received my final crowns and already love the difference the temporaries have made. This is the second day since the procedure and I am in no pain after an extraction and 6 crowns. Aside from how great they were with my big procedure Dr. Frisk and her office is also affordable and always has openings when I need an appointment. I've never felt upsold on things I didn't need and always felt taken care of when I left. I would recommend Dr. Frisk to anyone I know for anything from a cleaning to major procedures, you will be taken care of!

The staff is friendly and facility is pleasant. I went in for help with a broken molar; expecting it to be addressed as THE priority of the visit and that it would be extracted during the visit. I received an x-ray series, an exam of condition of teeth and gums by hygienist, a REVIEW of the exam of my teeth and gums by the dentist (all totaling 3 hrs., incl. 2 hrs. wait time). Serious talk of periodontal disease, scaling and planing teeth my, antibiotic treatment (@ $101 per tooth!), health conditions that I do not have, replacing a missing cap with a root canal (never recommended before).... all recommended in an $12,000+ dental plan (cash) in addition to extracting the one broken tooth that was NOT extracted that day - the only REASON for the appointment THAT DAY! As I had to travel out-of-state the next day for a week, I have additionally lost a silver filling from either the broken molar or a neighboring tooth. I was really upset when I booked my appointment- and needed and wanted assistance- but ultimately received no dental help at all after a visit of almost 4 hours! I feel duped.

He was a very young gentleman and spent a large portion of the appointment talking about sex, which made me extremely uncomfortable and felt completely inappropriate in a medical setting. At the end of the visit, he told me I would need teeth pulled, but by that point I was so uncomfortable that all I could think about was getting out of the room. Nor are they asking any follow up questions or trying to get this sorted out so that I can return for a much needed final filling. I have no idea who dropped the ball on this, but I guess I need to just give up and go somewhere else to have this root canal finally filled properly. The only reason I haven't is that I worry getting it addressed somewhere completely different as a new patient will also be an issue. I'm planning on finding an entirely different dentist after that, not just leaving Aspen in Rincon, leaving Aspen entirely.

Dr O told me they will refer me since the x-ray came back with nothing. I called they told me no referral was on file and they couldn't prescribe me anything for my pain. Prior to that they never called me back for my invisiline I had to keep showing up to the office to get scheduled. Now I have a tooth ache and face swelling.

It just sits in your account there as a credit. I asked for my statement and found out I had several hundred dollars just sitting there. It took several phone calls over several weeks to finally get all of my money back. I've had fine service there and have always been able to get appointments easily but this billing practice just doesn't sit right with me. If you do go here, please ask about for your statement and check for any credits.

The staff here was super professional and friendly and at no time did I feel pressured or guilted into scheduling anything.
