I am a new patient. Here is what I have experienced so far. The office is open Mon-Th. Parking can be somewhat limited depending on time of your appointment. There is construction occurring as they are expanding, but a very clean and welcoming dental office.
The front office staff are wonderful people. Always delightful and pleasant (on the phone and in person). They take the time to explain benefits, so there are no surprises. I had a hiccup which almost resulted in a $500 bill. Which was a lesson learned for me in understanding pricing before services are rendered.
Dr. Compton is the best there. She is personable, provides exceptional care, and is very genuine. Each dentist has an assistant; another reason I prefer Dr. Compton. Raina, her assistant is also great at what she does. Provides great care and makes a concerted effort to ensure a patients comfort.
I have also worked with Dr. Hollis (he looks like Joshua Jackson:Dr. Death). He's nice, also good at what he does, but sometimes seemed to be in a hurry. He's only there on Monday's, and every Monday that I had afternoon appointments I was asked to come in early to accommodate his schedule as he both times needed to leave early. The last time my appointment ran over due to crown sizing and he just left without saying anything. I felt bad for Dr. Hollis assistant, Courtland. Courtland seems a bit inexperienced. She sized the first attempt at a crown which was sized incorrectly. Stuff happens I get it but I had to take time off of work for this appointment. Time is money. Courtland is very nice also, but It was my first time receiving a crown and after experiencing Courtland and Dr. Hollis, I was going to reconsider being a patient here. Courtland did not provide any sort of numbing agent when removing my partial crown. The same partial crown she implanted that had glued stuck on multiple teeth for weeks. The area around my tooth was super sensitive from the removal. Thankful to Dr. Hollis that provided me with nova cane after 2 other assistants had to help Courtland take 3d printer photos for an on-site crown since mine was sized incorrectly. After an hour, the machine went down and I had to go home with another temporary crown. With an abundance of glue stuck to several teeth (thanks again Courtland).
Thankfully, my experiences with Cheyenne my dental hygienist (who is great by the way), the front office staff, Dr. Compton and Raina, out weighs everything else I experienced. I will stay on as a patient. When I returned for my permanent crown it was with Dr. Compton.
I believe in wholistic patient care and if you want that go on a Thursday when Dr. Compton, Raina, and Cheyenne are there. read more
