Do I have a story for you guys!! So I called 5 companies and out of the 5 only 4 called me back and out of the 4 only 3 actually showed up to give me an estimate. All 3 estimates were some what in the same ballpark price range, Patio Pros was the most expensive but they were also the company that explained all the details and they were very upfront about other companies trying to pull extra charges after the initial contract is signed. So long story short we ended up not going with Patio Pros just because they were $2000 over our actual budget, HUGE MISTAKE!! The company we hired did exactly what Patio Pros said would happen, started trying to charge us for extras once we gave them our deposit and signed agreement. Well they suckered us for about another $1000 on top of our agreement but once they tried getting another $20000 from us we fired them and rehired Patio Pros. At this point only about 25% of the work was done and luckily they money we paid at least got us all our materials. Patio Pros was very helpful during the entire process and they never even said "I told you so" NOT EVEN ONCE. Patio Pros was an excellent choice for us. We engaged them to assist us in the design and implementation of our backyard update. We were looking for a company that could both design and implement changes including adding stacked stone to grill and seating area, synthetic grass, a new travertine patio area and many new plants. We met with Cory and really liked his creative design ideas and honesty on where to invest in the yard. They started on time, always showed up on time, finished on time and there were no pricing surprises. Cory was responsible for managing the project as well as the design. We recently had them back for some minor warranty work and they were again excellent. Patio pros did a great job on my backyard. My husband and I are very pleased with how it turned out. We got a couple of quotes which were comparable to each other but still over our budget. Patio pros came back out to see us and tell us where we could save some money to get closer to our budget which we appreciated greatly. The only problem we had was selecting our rock. We were told to go to a couple places near us that had the options we could get, but the one we picked was not available through their supplier. So we were kind of disappointed at that but now that the backyard is done I don't even remember the rock we originally picked out. I would highly recommend patio pros! read more

I had a complete demo and re-design for my front yard. The estimate was fair and Cory was very good to work with, he returned phone calls, texts and emails right away. Unlike LALawn LLC who did my back yard. Juan M. who did a beautiful job on the paver alignment, straight and amazingly aesthetic. He was such a hard worker and very dedicated and punctual. Very nice and personable. The project turned out really nice and I couldn't be happier. I had pavers on both sides of an existing driveway and a new circle driveway, a courtyard, and wall and lights, plants and palms planted with a sprinkler system. Just moved to Mesa and and couldn't feel luckier to have found patio pros. After a week reaching out to half a dozen landscapers to get an estimate on a 250 sqft paver project and some irrigation work, these guys are the only ones who showed up as they said they would. After accepting the estimate they've got it installed and complete a week later, which was a week sooner then promised I guess These guys work fast no matter how hot it gets! The pavers look great, my sprinklers are dialed in, and my wife and I are stoked! We're already planning our next project to bring the patio pros back for. I'm very happy I got in touch with patio pros. My frontyard was a diaster and I really haven't had the time to do any landscaping. Took a chance and reached out to these folks to see if we could get a quote for some plants, pavers, grass and a Rain water feature. Price was very affordable for what I was looking to have done and had a couple of add-ons later on. I love how they took the time to come out and give me some ideas, Shows they value my time. Patio Pros was able to bid and build the water feature I had envisioned for my backyard. Other bids had just been outrageous. Cory really worked me with me to get the look I wanted on my custom water wall. It is beautiful. He and his crew were very professional. I'll preface this by saying I'm fairly obsessive and detail oriented, so I rarely give five stars for anything - but Allen and his team did everything they said they would (and more) . Scheduling was easy, they renovated by entire backyard over a single weekend, quality was genuinely excellent. When I found a nicked irrigation line a few days later, Allen immediately returned and repaired it. Highly recommend. read more
