I dealt with Matt who came out to our home and gave us a reasonable quote. He was a pleasure to deal with. Notably, the crew showed up first thing in the morning on the date scheduled and worked continuously and efficiently over the next several days until the job was completed. The job involved a tricky scaffolding set-up which they handled with ease. The workmanship was excellent and it was clear that they took pride in their work. Clean-up was also excellent. Damien was the job foreman and he was also great to work with. The job was completed for the price quoted, even though it probably turned out be more work than they expected. Needless to say, I highly recommend Magic Masonry.

I still did not hear back from them. So I called them again. At this call I asked them for my money back because they had not even started on the design despite having multiple weeks to start on it. They said that they would mail me back the check. After two weeks I had still not received the check and called them again. At that point in time they said oh yeah we dropped in the mail two days ago. I told them that if I did not have the check in my mailbox by Friday then they would need to re-issue it.
