Like I said customer service is terrible, even when speaking to an 'agent' it's very clear you're speaking to a poorly made bot or someone from another country who barely knows what they're doing.

I missed 188 phone calls on Saturday alone. This promise to perform fiber optic internet and phone lines was poorly given and completely affected our business performance for multiple days! We've been patient but this has been absurd. We are transferring back to our recent provider because what they promise they deliver!
