Love this Place! I was skeptical at first because I don't…read morelike the heat! But there's something special about this infrared sauna! I can't get enough! My skin is glowing But for years going to the gym has become a chore, now I can't wait to get here! What a great feeling that is! There is so many classes to choose from ! I'm doing yoga, I'm doing ISO work, I'm doing core work, we work with all the different bands, and for cardio they have cycling saunas and rowing and a seated elliptical. They also have in the back of the gym dumbbells and kettlebells and stability balls so you can really do everything that you need to do right here! Plus this place is open 24/7 and the classes are always running so there's no excuse! I feel the soreness I used to get from other classes has lessened because of the heat, don't get me wrong you can feel that you worked your muscles, but you're not in agony! At least that's been my experience so far!

I like that this gym is 24-7 if you subscribe to their monthly membership (or pay in full in…read moreadvance.). The heat doesn't personally bother me and you can stop any time you want. I highly recommend buying all the equipment you could possibly need so that you don't have to worry about renting it or buying it later on. There are videos to follow when you exercise in the mini-hot studio, but you can pace yourself. The staff are really nice when they are available. I wish there were more community events to try to get local gym members to interact with each other more but otherwise this is a nice option to have for a gym. Need to make more time for it.

I also enjoyed how they don't try to sell packages and slide them down your throat. I usually avoid places like that or any salesy personnel. Really enjoyed how it's super laid back and chill and do it at your own pace. I've been lifting weights since 2018 and never thought that i could feel such stretches in my muscles during Pilates. I can say that I have grown love for Pilates. !

I had been recovering from a herniated disc that also led to the discovery of mild scoliosis, which is not abnormal for older women, in particular. I took all of these issues to LSF and was rewarded with excellent knowledge and experience helping others like myself work back to a strong, flexible body. While I don't always love it, every instructor has been on me for positioning and form, which is key to not getting reinjured. As a pilates newbie, it's been helpful and I do not exaggerate when I say that I have been mostly pain-free since starting. My only struggle is with signing up for classes. Because they fill up very quickly, it is hard to budget because you need to sign up for a lot of classes in advance, which means you have to pay for a lot of classes at once. (They're certainly worth it and priced fairly.) I have had success with the waiting list, however, and there was only one time I did not get into the class. The silver lining of all this is that clearly people think highly of the classes/instructors and want to get in! I also appreciate that the owner/staff "hear" clients and try to make class policy changes that are sensible and not just penal. It's not easy running a small fitness business, so just them being there as a resource is terrific. They play great music, everyone is super friendly and down-to-earth, and the studio is cute. Thrilled to be an LSF'r and look forward to a pain-free spring and summer unlike last year! Thanks, LSF!

I started taking classes a while ago and can't imagine maintaining my fitness without it. I'm hooked! Also, I am a senior and it has made me stronger and improved my flexibility and balance. The classes are great for young and old and I always am made to feel welcome and at home.

After signing up online, I received a call from an employee insisting that I come 10-15 before the class started, and reminded me like 4 times not to forget to fill out the waiver as soon as our phone call was over. It just all felt quite pushy. As for the class, it was less of a shortened class and more of a walk through of what moves you do in Pilates, which is fine, but the intro class was marketed as a 30-minute class, so I felt it was a little misleading. Additionally, the instructor was seemingly getting frustrated at some of the students for not picking up the movements instantly. At the end of the "class" there was a presentation for why we should be getting the unlimited package cause that's how we would get "results." Overall, it was a pretty off putting experience, which is disappointing. I think I'll stick to my gym's mat Pilates where everyone is rooting for each other and doesn't act like it's a chore to teach new students. I will say, the studio itself was very nice and clean, and some of the other employees were kind, hence the 3 stars.

I have lost 30lbs on my weight loss journey and Purenergy has been a huge part of that! For less than the cost of that massive gym in King of Prussia and way more variety than the "Citrus Concept" down the street, you can enjoy similar class offerings, free babysitting 8:30a-12pm Monday to Friday, and twice the ambiance! I find myself in Yoga a few days a week - the studio is beautiful and the mild heat is welcome in these bitterly cold winter months! I recommend Kristy's Wall class for a great deep stretch and Sarah's Power Flow for the ultimate mind/body stress relief! As part of my New Years Resolution, I am trying more of the fitness classes here, and thus far have taken Lisa's Tabata and Michelle's Burn class - both high-intensity interval training guaranteed to ramp up your energy! You'll also find pilates, barre, aerial, spinning, and martial arts classes here - ensuring you'll never get stuck in a rut! I'd personally love to see more Pilates or core based classes in the evening, but realize that has everything to do with instructor availability and member interest! :) Beyond the class offerings at Purenergy you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, clean locker rooms, and fresh towels for the sweat you're guaranteed to break! Drop in for a class - you'll be a member before you know it!
