Luckily a colleague recommended Dr. Randy Spector to me. I was very impressed with their warm and friendly staff and the high level of treatment I received. If I'm ever ill while I'm in the Lake Hiawatha Parsippany area I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

It's helpful to fill out paperwork online to save time onsite and get there early. I went on a…read moreweekday and there was no one ahead of me (at least visibly in the waiting area), I had a minimal wait. My throat was bothering me and I had congestion so they did their standard tests after taking my vitals and other information.. The person who did my intake was a bit short and brisk in the manner in which she spoke to me and the wait after the quick tests was a long time (understandable because there was minimal noise barrier so it sounded like someone was having an emergency-heart attack in another room so there needed to be other staff on hand), but otherwise front desk was polite and patient in answering my questions and the doctor was funny and sweet. She told me that I unfortunately had *the diagnosis* and then told me I should " go under the covers, Netflix, Doordash" and offered me a lollipop treat at the end. She also wrote a helpful doctor's note (without me even asking) so I could give to my workplace.

I see the doctor, who I explain my symptoms to, the doctor did everything within her power to assist in that moment, which included, as a precaution providing an exemption document for work for the next day. After speaking with the doctor someone comes in, then swab my nose for the Flu and Covid virus, which came back negative. It was then advised that bloodwork would be taken for further test--The lady enters the exam room with the gloves already on and fumbles around with several items before attempting to stick me---My skin is pretty much see-through so usually it's easy to get blood, but of course she misses veins in both my arms and then say, "are you afraid of needles". While annoyed, I responded as politely as possible "no I'm not, it's human nature to flinch when pain is being inflicted but I didn't move my body". Due to this, I was told I had to get my blood taken at a Lab and was provided a referral along with my discharge documentation. Once in my car I reviewed the documentation, notice there's no address on the LabCorp referral and the return-to-work letter was for the date seen. I immediately call and speak with someone about the letter and LabCorp address and was told the letter would be emailed and I could go to any LabCorp. Guess what, NO LABCORP in NJ is open on Sundays and I'm still waiting for the letter to be emailed (2days later). This visit was a waste of my time and money, googling my symptoms and suggested medications would have been a better experience. I patiently waited for my symptoms to die down to ensure I wrote an honest review. Well, honestly since nothing I went to the office for was addressed, I wish I could give ZERO stars!

I have since been sent to collections by this sham of a clinic because they have yet to cash my check I was forced to mail them because they do not have a modern payment processor or webpage. Additionally as they "do not accept payment" inside, you can't even pay before you leave. Do not go to this debt center.

I have been going there for decades, not years. That should tell you heaps. I also do not put up…read moreany doctors who feel my time is not important -- that and a "god complex" (complete with the old days when the sexy Pharma rep got to meet with the doc even though I'd been waiting 30 minutes already AND condescending speak) means I refuse to deal with that office. I have had to tell too many doctor (back in the 1980s and '90s) that *I* pay their salary, whether it is via insurance or not, and I am not paying them to be treated poorly. My time is JUST as important at theirs. Enter Changebridge. I have never had to wait, they have called me if an appointment could not happen or had an incredible wait (very, very infrequently, but it happens), I have never seen a pharmaceuticals rep in there ever (granted, it is no longer cricket for them to offer a free trip to Hawai'i any longer, but that's fine with me. My doctor is Dr. Frank Iannetta, and he has been so for the time I have gone there. I love him; he took a lot of time to learn about adult-onset muscular dystrophy (DM Type II), always offers advice, looks into any question I have, not religious and always has a laugh with me over so many different issues outside of medicine. He listens, chats, but is serious and totally qualified to help with anything. Another excellent quality is that Changebridge has relationships with so many other types of specialty medical practices that I have gotten audiology, podiatry, cardiac, pain management and so many other kinds of help. I take almost no medications (the list is 6 now, not 10 and far less than the amounts I've been on). I also go to PT three times a week, and I feel just INCREDIBLE! I go primarily to Dr. Iannetta, but any doctor there is just wonderful. My husband and I both go; he really likes to go to Dr. Pallay, who is very medically knowledgeable, but he is focused on the medicine and not a "chat" kind of doc; I love Dr. Iannetta because he is the exact opposite. Both kinds as well as everyone in-between is right for many patients. None of the doctor or nurses are any the less gifted in medicine. I know all the staff (for the most part) and speak to them all with delight. I enjoy every person there. They all bring something special to the experience. They do a lot for any patient. I cannot recommend them enough. I would not even know where to begin with how much they have done for me over...I think more than 30 years. We have lived in Parsippany now for 32 years. Before that in Fairfield, so really, I don't know. But I am deliriously happy with every visit there. You will be, too.

I think what actually brought me here the first time was when I decided "I haven't had a physical in awhile. I should go get one." and looked around for doctors. I discovered that nowadays, you're hard-pressed to find individual doctors, so I went for the clinic, and CMA seemed to have good reviews. Since then, I've had a few physicals, gone in a few times with illnesses. Every time, I have been treated well, promptly, curing whatever I came in with and helping with whatever they find. So like today? Just the physical? They reassured me most of my vitals were fine, pointed to the one that was a little out of whack, and presented suggestions for how to fix it. Sat patiently with me to discuss until we were on the same page. VERY friendly and thorough. And that even goes to the desk staff. I have never had a bad experience with any person at CMA, never had a misdiagnosis or the wrong meds. Nothing. OK, a couple of times I got a charge for the blood work they did, but this time I think we've learned, tell them up front it's diagnostic and not preventative. Again, even the separate-building blood lab (which I think moved into a new, larger space) is friendly and helpful. #CMA4EVA

I was told he was scheduled out to November and I would need to see a different physician or a nurse practitioner who are female. I was not comfortable with this and was abruptly told that was it. No refill of my critical prescription unless I scheduled with the person or their choice, not mine. In what world does a doctors office dictate the physician you have to see vs. the one you want. He's an expert at what he does, loves what he does and has incredible bedside manner. When you are pregnant you visit your OBGYN a lot, so it's important to have good relations with your doctor. Dr B is super knowledgeable, but most importantly he really cares about his patients. If you have a question you can call him up anytime and he will be there for you. I could not have been more thankful for this, especially during Covid when there are a million questions about what you can and can't do. Everyone at the practice is super sweet too -- Dr Valarezo, all of the nurses and the front desk staff. I really appreciated this. It was always nice to see friendly faces, especially since my husband couldn't come to most visits because of Covid. I had such a positive birthing experience because of Dr B. He has a great sense of humor, and at points he even had me laughing on the delivery table, which I never in a 100 years thought I'd be doing. I developed an infection postpartum and needed antibiotics. There was a mishap and they didn't get called into my pharmacy before the closed up for the night. I really needed the antibiotics that night, and Dr B literally had me on the phone while he was searching for a pharmacy that was still open. If that doesn't speak volumes about the kind of doctor he is than I don't know what does.... Most importantly - my baby girl is healthy and happy. I'm so thankful to have had such a great OBGYN!

I came here as a new patient this past Friday and I couldn't have had a better experience!…read more The appointment was so easy to make over the phone, the new patient paperwork was emailed to me ahead of time so I can fill it out before getting to the office, there was no wait time once I got there, the office was very clean, and all the staff I encountered there was so friendly. This was my first time scheduling an annual gyno appointment with a male doctor so I was initially hesitant, but Dr. Hirsch and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable the entire time. He has such great bedside manner, and he's very thorough and professional. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new gyno in the area!
