I had an appointment at 11:10 am today & sat waiting for an hour & a half & had to cancel a doctors appointment that I had. Three people walked out during that time because they were frustrated & couldn't wait any longer. Although there were multiple staff members in the back they only take one patient back at a time so the waiting room was completely full. I have complained the last 4 or 5 times to the Supervisor when I have gone in but it is totally apparent she does not care & she does nothing to improve the process. In fact, she acts like she doesn't even know what she's doing. I managed 15 medical practices in two states so I am well aware of how to manage multiple practices & supervised over 150 employees so this Supervisor as Tri-Core is without a doubt totally incompetent. It is no wonder they have a one star review & are losing customers right & left but apparently Tri-Core does NOT care. From now on I'll take my business to one of the other labs in Las Cruces as I am NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

They have a Certificate of Accreditation from the CLIA. There's another one that claims to be. They have a Certificate to assure they are in compliance with all applicable CLIA requirements, but they are not accredited by any CLIA/CMS-approved accreditors at all. I have been to Memorial Medical Center for 4 years since moving to Las Cruces, 3 times to ER. In…read morethe past, I lived in large metropolitan areas with multiple medical facilities. Memorial is old, but in general the facility is well kept and the service is excellent. In December, I had a triple bypass surgery in Memorial. I first spent 5 days on the fourth floor prior my surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Vitaly Piluiko, who recently retired. Him and his team were outstanding. Dr. Piluiko, visited me in my room every day prior my surgery. After surgery, I spent a few days recovering in the intensive care unit. Even the anesthesiologist came to check on me the day after my surgery! Yes, the hospital is a bit tired, but the care I received was outstanding. My only observation is that the food service company lacks of employees who understand what vegan meals are and they need to have a proper selection of options for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians. The service is at the same level of what I experienced in large hospitals in San Antonio and Dallas Texas.
