I had an appointment at 11:10 am today & sat waiting for an hour & a half & had to cancel a doctors appointment that I had. Three people walked out during that time because they were frustrated & couldn't wait any longer. Although there were multiple staff members in the back they only take one patient back at a time so the waiting room was completely full. I have complained the last 4 or 5 times to the Supervisor when I have gone in but it is totally apparent she does not care & she does nothing to improve the process. In fact, she acts like she doesn't even know what she's doing. I managed 15 medical practices in two states so I am well aware of how to manage multiple practices & supervised over 150 employees so this Supervisor as Tri-Core is without a doubt totally incompetent. It is no wonder they have a one star review & are losing customers right & left but apparently Tri-Core does NOT care. From now on I'll take my business to one of the other labs in Las Cruces as I am NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

I showed my paperwork from the VA which showed 945 as the appointment time and to arrive 15 minutes prior. They then said you cannot be seen. The Dr requires you get here a hour before. They never sent a text or called to tell me such policy. They confirmed my phone number and I asked when did your office contact me? They told me I should have been given a courtesy call the week prior. I never received a call or text from the provider. They said an outside company handles that. I went through all calls texts and emails with no such communication ever existing. Not one communicationone from this office. I have never been or felt so disrespected in my life by the 3 ladies I spoke to in this office. They refused to listen to me or give me any explanation other than we can reschedule you next month. After leaving the office I immediately called the Veterans Assistance community care. While on the phone them, they had a supervisor call the Dr office and put on hold. The VA office connected me to the supervisor and he asked what had occurred. I told him what happened. I was still in the parking lot and he asked if I could hand my phone to the staff at thw Dr. office. I walked back into the office and handed the assistant my phone. The office staff and the VA community care representative spoke and and even he could not get a reason behind the policy of hour early arrival or why I was not notified of this. This should never happen to anyone. I give one star because someone was there.

I went to Memorial Medical Center Emergency Room on May 29th due to complications with my diabetes…read moreand insulin pump. I was seen by a Doctor Ponce de Leon. She asked me why I had come to the Emergency room. I explained the problem with my glucose level and the number of insulin pumps that I had gone through in 24 hours. The Doctor said she would be back. When the Doctor returned, she told me that there was nobody in the Emergency room who dealt with diabetes or insulin pumps. I asked what about the rest of the hospital, I was told that they have all gone home for the weekend. She said she was going to arrange for me to be discharged. I was upset, so I placed a call to the hospital administration, and was told that they would look into it. Shortly after the call, a Nurse Practitioner came to see me. She checked out my Insulin pump controller and went to make a phone call to my Diabetes Doctor, who's office was closed for the weekend. She eventually spoke to a Diabetes Doctor she knew. The Nurse Practitioner returned, telling me that my insulin pump was malfunctioning. I was told about the diet I should eat over the weekend, until I could get in contact with my Diabetes Doctor on Monday. I was eventually discharged from the hospital, without any help for the large swings in my glucose levels and no means to administer insulin. I should have been admitted over the weekend to get my glucose levels under control. Basically, the Emergency Room Dr. Ponce de Leon and the Nurse Practitioner left me in a very dangerous situation.
