I had an appointment at 11:10 am today & sat waiting for an hour & a half & had to cancel a doctors appointment that I had. Three people walked out during that time because they were frustrated & couldn't wait any longer. Although there were multiple staff members in the back they only take one patient back at a time so the waiting room was completely full. I have complained the last 4 or 5 times to the Supervisor when I have gone in but it is totally apparent she does not care & she does nothing to improve the process. In fact, she acts like she doesn't even know what she's doing. I managed 15 medical practices in two states so I am well aware of how to manage multiple practices & supervised over 150 employees so this Supervisor as Tri-Core is without a doubt totally incompetent. It is no wonder they have a one star review & are losing customers right & left but apparently Tri-Core does NOT care. From now on I'll take my business to one of the other labs in Las Cruces as I am NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Paternity-USA.com got it done, right, the first time! No glitches and no hidden fees!…read more I recently had a situation in my family where I found out there was reason to believe that the man who I had known as my father all my life was actually not my biological father. I needed answers but couldn't trust this possibly life-changing test to just any lab I found out there on the internet. I asked around, and one of my friends told me to be sure I did business with an AABB accredited lab and so I went searching... I called several places and spent a long time online ... my research paid off. I chose paternity-USA.com to handle my testing. I didn't have availability to test in the conventional way for the father. I had to use a toothbrush instead of the cheek swab. The gentleman I spoke with at paternityUSA, Ed, did make me aware of the chances of finding DNA on the toothbrush, but it's all I had to work with so I went for it! The price was right - especially considering the gravity of the situation! I've seen so many places that are much more expensive and didn't have the accreditations paternity-usa.com did or have the same level of service. Many of them, I could tell from the initial call, really didn't care whether or not they got my business! Ed and his staff however, really treated me well from the beginning. Everyone I spoke with (I did call a couple of times) was professional and courteous. When I placed my order, everything was thoroughly explained to me. When I got the testing kit the next day, I felt comfortable doing it myself. After I did my swab, I sent it back - and they provide FREE OVERNIGHT FedEx shipping back to their lab (which is another reason I decided to use this company). Even though I am in Atlanta and the lab is in New Mexico, I had my result in 4 business days after they got my kit back. After my test results came back, I had a sister that decided she wanted to do the test as well. I was able to call in and add her to my order (understandably there is another test fee but since I only had the toothbrush sample for the father, they were able to use his profile from my test, do a new swab on my sister and test paternity for her.) All in all things turned out well for me and my family and by using Paternity-USA.com, I know we got accurate test results and I have peace in my heart about who my father is now. I highly recommend this company!! This test meant so much to me! I know anyone in this situation feels the same, and you too may be searching for information. It can be overwhelming! There is a lot out there, but no real customer reviews. That's why I thought it was important for me to share my experience. I hope this helps someone else out there that may be struggling like I was!!

Today I walked into Monte Bello Medical hoping (praying) that this doctor could finally help me feel better after 10 years of being mistreated in the medical industry. To say the least I left feeling betrayed, hurt and worthless. Hopefully this review will help others find someone else, someone they can trust. I went to Monte Bello Medical in Las cruces this morning as a new PCP patient. I had previously been to their office for urgent care. I spent 30 minutes working with the nurse to establish all existing health related issues. April McGreorge NP entered the office and stated I need blood work done. I requested the orders be sent to Quest Diagnostics. She inquired as to why and I told her it was too difficult to retrieve my test results in the portal if I have the blood drawn elsewhere. She explained I would not receive my results until she gave them to me. I attempted to say no and explain why that would not work when she shoved my past test results at me and said 'then I will not be your doctor'. This is not only rude but extremely negligent. Her refusal to treat can and will cause my health to continue to deteriorate. Worst part still is my fear of doctors has only worsened and I may never seek help again.

Their website also said they are still following strict Covid protocols. I called half a dozen times over two days before I was finally able to talk to someone and schedule an appointment. I was told that walk-ins were accepted but it could be an hour wait or longer. The only options they gave me for an appointment were 6:45am and 4:30pm which was basically right after they opened and right before they closed. I show up for the appointment and they didn't have any required Covid protocols. I didn't have to pay a co pay but they also didn't tell me how much the x-rays were going to cost because "it depends on your insurance". They wouldn't even give me an estimated figure. When I checked their website before scheduling my appointment they didn't have any prices listed which is why I asked about the costs (but then they were displayed on the website several weeks later). The wait was about 15 minutes, the x-rays took about 15 minutes, and then I was out. The technician said the results would be sent to my physician in 1 to 2 days. I just needed the images on a CD but they couldn't provide it because apparently they needed to get a new CD burner. I tried calling again the following week but nobody would answer the phone. I left several messages but didn't receive a reply to any of them. I went down to the office and was told that I could access the report in the online portal but I needed the images from the x-ray which weren't on the portal. The CD burner still wasn't ready and they told me to come back in a few days to a week. I eventually got my CD and asked what the status was with my bill but I was told I would get something in the mail. Nearly a month after my x-rays I got the bill in the mail and the costs were a couple hundred dollars but my insurance covered most of it. I tried to pay online but their online payment portal is being fixed and they have no estimate on when it will be ready. The only other options are to mail in a check or use some third-party app. My recommendation is to go to the office, if you're able, and talk to someone in person to get the information you need. You'll be wasting your time trying to call and expecting someone to get back to you. A lot of their website information is out of date and I could have saved a lot of time if someone would update the important information like scheduling, billing & payments, and Covid procedures.

The call before I arrived , she had made it clear I needed to be there before a certain time. I was there over an hour before that cutoff, so after a 45 minute wait I left.
