This is my third year doing my taxes with this office. I came across them via a referral. The office may seem tense at times, but I just remember that they are in high demand and we all just want our taxes done - including the staff themselves. I've been working with Cindy, and I enjoy the personal rapport that we've developed. She is very thorough, and takes the time to answer my questions and elaborate if something does not make sense to me. Even so, she is quick and diligent with my service. I see her as very knowledgeable. This year was easier than ever with their new system - I didn't even have to leave my house. I did my taxes remotely this year for the first time ever and my experience was so incredibly smooth.
