We came during the week around midday, so parking was easy to find, but if you're coming on a weekend or in the evening, I'd recommend arriving early since parking is limited. Our instructor, Sage, was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the entire pottery-making process and making it feel approachable even for beginners. We made two pieces total--one hand-built and one thrown on the wheel--which was really fun and exciting to try. The whole experience was creative, relaxing, and unique. I would definitely recommend this class and will be suggesting it to friends and family!

We took the one-time pottery class and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of them. After your class you're supposed to get an email a few weeks later to schedule glazing. I never got the email, had to reach out twice to get any contact. Then after glazing you're supposed to get another email to pick up your pieces. Guess what, I never got it and had to reach out again. Overall it took us over 3 months from the first class to get our pieces. It's a great concept and fun but would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have spent weeks trying to resolve this issue professionally and patiently, and I am extremely disappointed by the way your company has handled it. The class was canceled by your company - not by me - yet I have still not received either a replacement class, a gift card, or a refund despite numerous attempts to contact your team. I have called multiple times (at least seven separate occasions) and was repeatedly told that my information and emails would be passed along to management. I was later informed by an employee that my concerns were apparently never even documented or forwarded. That level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a business handling customers' money. I was initially told I could reschedule into another class, but then informed that no one even knows when another Fort Worth pop-up class will happen. After that, I was promised a gift card, which I also never received. At this point, I have been given nothing but inconsistent answers, ignored communications, and false assurances while your company continues to hold over $300 of my money. Your policy regarding missed classes is irrelevant in this situation because I did not fail to attend a scheduled class -- your company canceled the event and failed to provide a reasonable alternative afterward. 1 am formally requesting a full refund of $300.94 immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be moving forward with: A chargeback/dispute through my bank Public reviews detailing my experience Complaints through consumer protection channels and the Better Business Bureau Sharing my experience publicly across social media platforms I wanted to resolve this directly and professionally, but the complete lack of communication and accountability has made this experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expect a response and resolution within 48 hours. Sincerely, Alisha Sawkins

Michaels can be a hit or miss, but oh boy, I love when it hits…read more I recently stopped by to stock up on event essentials and some crafting supplies. Their Black Friday deals for holiday gear is the absolute best. Festive items are severely discounted, making it the best time of the year to shop for garland and ornaments. Grandma hobbies are also currently trending and Michaels has become our dealer. I've noticed that I'm picking up supplies/a new craft every weekend. Between clay building, hand stitching, sewing materials, it's so great to have a nearby one-stop-shop for all your artsy needs. Pro tip: search coupons in advance. They almost always have a coupon listed online for in-store purchases. Can't wait to check out their new location on Adams!

We came around 11am 12/21 and there was no line. There were self checkouts and multiple people behind the counter. I walked up and asked for balloons, and was met with a very busy employee who told me I needed to wait in line. So I went back, but as people started lining up behind me, I had to repeatedly tell them to go ahead because I was waiting for balloons (specifically one counter/person). I was fed up with that, so I just walked all the way up and stood back. No one helped. The person waiting for balloons to be blown up had been standing there and the Michaels employee blowing up her balloons was doing one balloon, then walking away to help find an item, or help with the pick up orders, then coming back to blow up a single balloon, then rushing away again! In total, she finally bundled up the balloons (a total of 6) and went on her way. That was 20 minutes. Finally, my turn, the balloon lady leaves, and another comes and helps me. Another 1 hour and 10 minutes later, I leave with my 12 balloons. I can't believe how slow the service here is where 90% of customers are doing self checkout. WHAT?! Insanity. It's Christmas time, but the works are slow paced, with no urgency to keep up. Anyways, fast forward to rushing to get back to set up for my son's party... we have the party and by night time, the helium balloons are dragging on the floor, 15 hours later. So in summary, if you want balloons, you have to come the day of, probably wait a couple hours and then by the end of the day, your balloons will have fallen.
