The place is very small, there's 4 table for 4 persons and 2 bar style section where you sit on a stool for about 6 persons. Staff blast personal music through a Bluetooth speaker. When I arrived, the cashier had airpod in his ear while taking order and had trouble understanding people order. He finally removed them after some patrons but he shouldn't have them to begin with. Order take from 5 to 10 minutes to arrived. So it's not fast food as you order and you have it, but it's not table service either. It is not cheap. I was thinking it would cost less. A chicken burker 16$, drink and fries 4.50, poutine instead of fries 4$. 4 chicken strip with buns, 2 sauce and fries, 20$. Total of 50$ with taxes. No I didn't leave any tips, it's not table service or delivery. Staff was nice. As for the food. The chicken mozzarella burger. Big thick chicken with a good chunk of mozzarella. Really good chunk of cheese. But the chicken is as smooshy, not a great feeling. But it's a big burger. As for the poutine, it's also a big good plate, lots of sauce. I suggest starting with it unless you like saugy fries. We found the sauce and fries salt leaking, making it a milder poutine with a sub taste. The hot cheestos chicken tender were very thin. Red hot is suppose to be hot, I think it's the regular tender but in red hot batter or something. Wasn't hot for me. I too the spicy sauce and crusty. The tender wasn't really tender, again squeeshy and felt like left over chicken from 2 days ago. Didn't felt fresh. Regular normal sauce, nothing out of the ordinary. Came with a coleslaw that were also blend. This place remind me of jack le coq. In the end, I won't be coming back. I wish we had a chicken guy, it's so much better.

We did not have any issues finding parking when we went, but since there is no designated lot, depending on time of day or event going on around the area, it might get crowded. Restaurant was pretty empty both times we went, we were served quickly and accurately. I've tried Five Guys on the West Island and the experience has been just as good. This location is newer, not very big but still a decent amount of tables and room to eat. I love the huge windows and layout - it makes a big difference with the amount of natural sunlight coming through. Another feature I love at this location is the washroom area. There are 3 individual restrooms for total privacy and comfort, and a communal sink area on the outside. This means that you can wash your hands without entering the actual bathroom if you quickly need to rinse before or after you eat. You can also see customers as they come out of the restroom and observe if they wash their hands or not since this is out in the open. Food quality is consistent both times I went and on par with other locations. Burgers are flavorful and made to order - fries are generous. Just the poutine could be better, they serve it to you in a closed plastic container and the curds were all melted, to the point of being stretchy - I suspect they do not use fresh curds as this would not happen with fresher cheese, it should remain intact and squeeky. If you're looking for large decadent burgers and customizable options - this is the place to go. Free peanuts are also a nice touch.

I would say, the burger I tasted was better then a MC Donald, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get there. For me, right next to is Dic An's which I prefer, but it's a different type of burger. It is good burger, I wouldn't say no to eat there again. I liked the soft buns and the meat was properly seasoned. The condiment was right, not a small dab that you can't taste, it was dripping on my hands. Some won't like but that's how I like it. It's not extraordinary burger, it's a fast food one but good. I tried the poutine and it was 90% a mcd poutine. Same sauce, same taste except with bigger fries which I do like. The fries were properly cooked. The place itself is small and there is a big mural that is funny to look at. It seems to depict a story of fries trying to snatched the burger trophy from a safe that they blow using a mustard bomb while ketchup try to defend it. My co-worker really enjoyed his poutine. This place is one of the better Belle Provinces out there in a land of franchises with various levels of quality. Trust me, there's another one less than a KM always and it's downright nasty. If you want some good fast food grub for less than $10, you can't go wrong with Belle Province.
