This is a little hole in the wall bakery in a back little strip mall off 152. My daughter picked a variety of cookies, which were delicious. They are perfect consistency, not too soft, not too crunchy. This cake, I almost wish I didn't know about it. This was SO moist and flavorful! The staff was very helpful and friendly, prices are great and they have a lot of options. Will definitely stop in again!

Happy 1st Year! - A birthday celebration setup features a white cake decorated with purple, yellow, and green frosting, topped with a gold unicorn horn and a purple glitter number one. The background includes a pink unicorn-themed poster. The table has cupcakes with rainbow and purple frosting, and various greeting cards and confetti are scattered around. The scene is outdoors, with a house and trees visible in the background.

They made the most amazing unicorn cake for my GFs 1st Sober Bday! Another bakery told me it was too late to order something like that and that's how I ended up here! Picked up the cake I wanted ,at a perfect price, right on time and it was beautiful. Saw some matching cupcakes while they were wrapping it up and I grabbed those too! The cake & cupcakes were a hit! Wonderful service, products and value!

The Pastry Box is a great little bakery to satisfy the sweet tooth. Tucked in a long strip plaza, The Pastry Box offers a nice display and good selection of individual pastries, danishes, muffins, cakes, pies, cookies, and more baked goods. They also offer custom cakes and pastries for all occasions. The prices here are very reasonable (most individual items $0.95-$2.50 each) for the good quality sweets offered. The service is very good and helpful. I've had their Chocolate Torte (very rich), Apple Strudel, Carrot Cake, Elephant Horns, and Lemon Meringue Tarts, all very good desserts I've enjoyed with my after dinner coffee drinks. NOTE: No credit cards accepted. HOURS: Tues, Wed, & Sat: 8AM-5PM; Fri: 8AM-6PM; Sun: 9AM-2PM; Mon: Closed

My friends ordered her wedding wedding cake from the pastry box. 2 layer, regular icing. Was delicious. I also ordered a chocolate cream pie that was to die for!

This is a great hidden place in a quiet strip mall area. Glad I found it through Yelp. Delicious treats. They have been there for over 25 years I believe. You have to try them out!

My son's high school grad party cake.Pastry Box is the best!!

We have been purchasing cakes here for over 23 years ( christenings, first communions, numerous birthday parties and now high school and college graduations!) The cakes are delicious and the designs are always beautiful.

I always drive past this place on my way home from the Wrentham Outlets. I finally got around to…read moregoing inside. My friend and I went on a weekday night, about 2 hours before closing so it was pretty quiet. I initially thought the bookstore was only on the first floor of the building but turns out it's a multi-story experience. There is a parking lot at the back where I parked and I was able to enter through the back door (not sure if this is the main entrance). On the first floor, they have some books, bathrooms, a check out desk, nick nacks (hats, stationery, puzzles, etc.), and most importantly, a coffee shop. The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. We spent about 1.25 hours here, but we could have easily spent a longer time if it weren't so close to closing.

Great little bookstore that has great events. Always a cool place to visit when we're in town.read more
