The bolognese could've used a bit more depth of flavor (a little "oomph" wouldn't hurt), but I had no problem polishing it off. The toasted ravioli were a bit light on the filling, but--you guessed it--I ate those too. So while it wasn't mind-blowing, it definitely hit the spot. Would I come back? Sure. Would I fact-check the "housemade" pasta claim? not likely.

We were from out of town attending a funeral and it was close to our hotel. No one left hungry. In fact, we all left and was ready for bed we were so full. We could barely walk out to our vehicles. First, for starters, the Caesar dressing for the salad was absolutely amazing. We had asked the manager if we could purchase a container of it to take home. It's their homemade Caesar dressing and you could taste the artichokes. It was delicious! They served complimentary bread with the usual olive oil and seasoning for dipping. The bread wasn't to hard or too soft, it was just right. I could eat the whole plate by myself. I ordered the salmon with their homemade dressing on the pasta, it was so yummy. At first, I contemplated because it was an Italian restaurant and I was ordering salmon... but I came with a group of people who all ordered a number of different dishes, so I knew I would get to sample all the other dishes. I tried their meatball spaghetti and many other dishes I can't remember them all. But every bit of it was delicious. We thanked the owner for their service. We barely had room for dessert, but we ordered them too. The tiramisu was the best. Highly recommend this restaurant. You will not regret it!

Mine was a bit disappointing, as it merely had black, sliced, pizza olives on it (as well as tomatoes, lettuce, etc.) Just a few Kalamata olives would have dramatically elevated the salad. My friend's house salad looked far more flavorful, and he said that he enjoyed it. We split a personal-sized pizza, with individualized ingredients for us on each half. However, it took awhile for our pizza to arrive. Initially, somebody else's small pizza was accidentally delivered to our table, but our waitress caught the mistake and took it away. I would have eaten it, though. The ingredients used on our shared pizza were both flavorful and fresh: pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and red onions. During their Friday early-dinner time, the establishment's atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. I liked how this out-of-the-way joint had a friendly, neighborhood vibe to it, and that it wasn't jam-packed with college students. I was impressed that live music began at about 6:00 pm. A guitarist/singer going by the name Madison Ellen (Mothershed) adeptly covered tunes from various musical eras. She even took song requests. Her voice had a very pleasant tone, and her guitar-playing was quite impressive. I look forward to buying her album when she releases it in a few months! Our waitress, Lindsay, was friendly, informative, and efficient. I would be pleased to sit in her section again. I liked how she was open to feedback about the food menu and bar offerings. (For instance, I suggested that they offer more than merely the inferior O'Doul's as their sole nonalcoholic beer selection.) Three-and-half stars, rounded up to four stars; mainly due to the nicely relaxing atmosphere, as well as the excellent live music without a cover charge. I recommend this eatery, and hope to return again soon in order to try more of their pizzas.

Got the margherita pizza tonight and I gotta say, very underwhelming. The crust was perfect as usual, and every topping was great except for the sauce. Can't recommend their other dishes enough this is the first bad one I have ever had, just stay away from the marg pizza. Still ended up eating over half regardless, my hunger was stronger than my tastebuds. This is in no way to tear them down, this is a recommendation to greatly improve upon this one specific pie.
