I used to talk smack about this place, but today's experience changed my mind. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce. It came hot and delicious. I didn't know they came with bread sticks but they did! Food was super good. The only thing that was off was the Pepsi i got, but i figure that's not really their fault. But everything else was spot on. Definitely coming here again. The service was good, wasn't above and beyond. 7/10 I went though the drive through, the ambiance was like a regular fast food. There wasn't a big line which was good. I normally only comment when something is great. This was horrible sauce was super bitter, meatballs no flavor, forgot the sausage in my baked spaghetti, the cheese was hardly melted & bread sticks raw. So sad about this experience Then when I called the manager . He told me to call door dash ,tell them ! Question they are just the delivery company. What do they have to do . We used to have one of these fast food Italian joints in our local area and we missed it. Found this location in Jonesboro so thought we would check it out for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered at the counter. I had the ultimate spaghetti bake and my wife had the spaghetti with meat sauce. She had a house salad and I had a Caesar. They also had these really cool little skewers of fried mozzarella so we got some of those as well. And, they also bring you a dish of their complimentary buttery garlic breadsticks to your table when they bring your meal. They are known for these and once you taste them you will understand why. All of the food was really good and service was okay. The only thing we wish was different were the soft drinks. They have one of those Coke machines that will let you mix and match hundreds of different flavor combinations. The soda is never as good that way and they only had one machine. It takes a person so long to look at all the menu choices it really slows down getting your drink. This old man prefer a simple soda machine with a spigot for each choice so you can get in and out quick. Otherwise this would have been five stars. read more

Alyssa Parsons (Store Manager) at the Fazoli's on Highland drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas across from Walmart has POOR customer service!!! My father and I went in to sit down to have a easy simple meal. We have been regulars since January 2016. Just like every other time we greet all the staff with smiles and small perky conversations to make their day go by a little faster. We walked in and was greeted very well by the young lady working the front lobby. My father has a hard time breathing through the masks *due to medical issues* that are required to wear but when he was told he couldn't have service if he didn't have his mask on, he simply complied. She then continued to take our order. My father ordered a sampler platter with *NO RED SAUCE* substitute *Alfredo* because of pre-existing stomach ulcers the acidic acids inside the sauce causing irritation and a burning sensation up into the esophagus. I ordered a simple spaghetti bake without marinara substitute for Alfredo. I do not have any health issues, I just simply enjoy Fazoli's baked options that are offered on the menu. After we order we went to fill up our drinks and proceeded to find a table to sit at. The young lady that took our order brought out breadsticks to hold us over until our food arrived. Once our food arrived it was NOT how we ordered it! The sampler was covered in meat sauce and only the small piece of lasagna was covered in Alfredo. The spaghetti bake I ordered looked perfect at first but then I lifted up the baked cheese and all I saw was white and red. I NEVER mix my sauces, so I automatically knew my order wasn't prepared correctly either. My father got the attention of the young lady that took our order and told her that he couldn't eat the red sauce and if she could just have the kitchen staff replace what was messed up he would be good. After that is when I noticed my food was incorrect as well. I walked my food to the front counter and sat my plate of food down and told them mine was incorrect as well. I walked to sit back down at my table and that's when Ms. Alyssa Parsons (store manager) came out. She walked up to us, rested her crossed arms on the partition wall, and proceeded to say "I'm the f**king manager here.." in shock my father and I both looked at each other then back at her because we could not believe someone in her position would be talking to us in such a manner. My father said "if you're a manger honey that's no way to talk to your customers" Alyssa Parsons (store manager) then proceeded to say "I don't give a f**k f*ggot", I then jumped in a told her "she was crazy to think she could sit there and talk to us like that." She then went on to saying "Good luck trying to get me fired I'm the manager over everyone here." I looked at her and called out every manager that's every been manager since 2016. Ginger, Toya, Daniel, and Josh have been the Top 4 managers for us. Every time we walk in they always know what we want and always greet us with professionalism and respect. Not once since 2016 have we ever been cussed out or been discriminated by any of the other staff employed at Fazoli's until tonight February 2, 2021 around 6:30pm-7:00pm. We asked for a refund and it took at least 10 minutes for her to refund our money. We asked to speak with another manager *Josh was also working* and she told us no other manager was there to talk to and that she's calling the cops. We waited for them to show but no one ever showed up. The embarrassment my father and I had went through tonight is appalling. WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT A BUSINESS LIKE FAZOLI'S THAT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE SOLICITORS. ALL OF OUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, BUSINESS PARTNERS, etc WILL ALL KNOW HOW HORRIBLE WE WERE TREATED AND WE ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS OF COLOR OR IF YOU PREFER A DIFFERENT SEXUAL PREFERENCE TO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SUPPORT FAZOLI'S ESTABLISHMENT ON HIGHLAND DRIVE IN JONESBORO ARKANSAS AS LONG AS *ALYSSA PARSONS* IS WORKING THERE!!!! read more

Ive come here a few times when i'm in a bind for time and need something quick. The service is exceptionally good and take care of me and other customers well. The food is delicious as always and I love their crisp fresh bread they dole out on demand. read more

We stopped in there to eat this evening. I asked the girl behind the counter if the A/C out of order, she said it hasn't been working right for the last two months. I looked at the thermostat by the drinks and it showed the temp was set to 70° but it showed 86° as the room temp. Everything was sticky and the area by the bathrooms smelled like there was an open sewer. Men's bathroom stall has no handle so you have to grab the top of the door where is it black with grime. The cold knob on the faucet doesn't have a stop so it just spins around and you have to find where Off is. This place won't stay in business long at this rate. I certainly won't be back till management changes. If a fast food type Italian restaurant comes to Jonesboro it'll be the death of this place. It's a chain, it's "fast food" - but it's good! It's not the cheapest but you get good value for your money. And every time we've eaten in or taken out, the service is fast and friendly, like they want our business! We haven't yet tried everything on the menu, but the spaghetti is good, the lasagna is good, the several chicken and pasta dishes are all quite good, the Primo Italian sub is tasty, and as others have noted the breadsticks are excellent. We've never had a bad experience here or found anything that we don't like. Is it real Italian? I'd say it's close enough. We keep coming back and liking it so they must be doing something right. read more
