Hadn't had this place in awhile. We prefer Jersey Mike's when we are at home. But since we were on the road we went here. Great sandwiches made perfectly to our customizations using the app and were ready when we showed up. Also love their chips and pickles. Would definitely eat here again. Summary: I should have gone to Subway. I love a good sandwich. There's just something about a good sandwich that can make your day a little bit brighter. I can't explain it, it just is. So last night when I was preparing to spend some quality time with my Kindle and a nearby lake, I pulled into my local Subway to get a sandwich when my brain said "hey, you should get Jimmy John's instead." And so I pulled away from Subway and went to this lovely Jimmy John's location. ZIpped in, ordered my usual #14, zipped out. When I arrived at the lake, I opened my sandwich and noticed it was soggy. That's unusual for a JJ's sandwich; I can't remember ever opening it up less than 10 minutes from buying it to have a soggy roll. My warning bells began to ring; I should have listened to them. I just thought "OK, they must have just washed the lettuce or something like that." About four hours later, it was obvious something was wrong with that sandwich as I made my first visit to the restroom to bring it back. That lead to an evening where both ends were reminding me that my warning bells told me not to eat the sandwich. Bottom Line: While the sandwich was tasty, it's not worth throwing up all night. read more

Im not a huge sandwich fan but I LOVE an unwich....that is, when I get the actual unwich in my bag. Today for lunch I had meat and cheese since I got home and I unfortunately did not have an unwich. Just a plain ole sandwich with bread... Since i don't eat bread, I just ate the meat and cheese. Not only that, but the drive thru staff is always rude. It irritates me when they will open the window hand my sandwich to me and not even look at me or say thank you. Managers/Owner, please address this. read more

Far more for sandwich and taste your money than average sub shop. There meats have flavor and the bread is unique too. All sandwiches are served on French loaf breads with a distinct had crust outside and sweet soft inside. Or for those who don't want bread then they have a unique "UNWICH" made with lettuce leaves. It like a lettuce wrap with all your favorite sandwich stuff inside. There drink machine has the really good pellet ice..just a nice bonus. The staff here must also love there work because they go out if there way to make everyone feel welcomed. read more

Good sandwiches with a nice vegetarian option available. Day old bread for 50cents is nice to use at home for sandwiches/garlic bread and the drive thru is an added benefit as is the fast service. The sandwiches don't keep well so would recommend eating asap. I had eaten half and saved the other half on a recent outing and when I ate the other half a few hours later it wasn't as tasty for some reason. Nice to have in Jonesboro since despite there being several sandwich places none of them are any good. Want would be nice is to have a real deli in town that makes sandwiches, unfortunately JJ is all there is currently. read more

Definitely not Freaky Fast. When you go through the drive thru at night you need to be prepared to wait for a minimum of 10 minutes for a single sub. I can understand the wait time if it were during a peak time or if they were incredibly busy, but when I'm the only customer it seems quite ridiculous. When I finally received my food it was incorrect and the french bread was so stale I was only able to eat the contents on the inside. They were out of their lettuce wraps "unwhich" & to receive this old bread is insulting. read more
