I had to see what all the buzz was about I had heard about, and Central BBQ did not disappoint. The smell of smoke hits you before you walk in and the food lives up to the reputation. I went for the ribs , pulled pork sampler, and quickly understood why this place is so popular. Tender, smoky, and packed with flavor, some of the best BBQ I've had.
