Worst anniversary\valentines meal in 16 years. My food came out cold and had to watch my wife eat hers alone! Then while she was eating her pizza she found a lemon seed. We didn't have any lemons. I usually eat here 1-2 times a week. I decided to take my boyfriend here for his birthday lunch. We were seated without bread and found something floating in our water. I had to ask a different waitress for new water and she didn't say a word to me. My boyfriend was almost completely done eating and found a hair in his food. We hadn't been checked on and I had to go back to the kiosk to get help. There were only three tables in the entire restaurant and the workers were chitchatting. They replaced his meal. The hostess was only one who gave good service. She apologized and offered a free desert and his meal for free. Things happen so I understood. We were given our dessert and found ANOTHER hair. We usually overlook the bad service because of the great food, but this is ridiculous. We were disgusted. I wish a zero star rating was available. read more

A really nice and surprisingly good find in Van Buren. One of many new establishments on Main Street. Very nice decor and some great old tunes playing in the background. They have a limited drink menu with more expansive wine and beer offerings. As the description indicates they have extensive pasta and pasta combinations along with steak and some seafood. They have numerous dishes with crawfish as the main ingredient. The later were hard to pass up (a repeat visit perhaps). The meal started with some nice toasted bread and marinara dipping sauce (refillable and we did). We had the Brie appetizer with the cranberry/raspberry sauce. Although it seem a bit pricey, it was good. We had difficulty choosing among the pasta offerings....so, we opted for the combination. There were ravioli, manicotti, spaghetti, a meatball and an Italian sausage. I failed to take a picture, but I assure you it was plenty for us to share. The pasta, if not home-made, tasted as such. The spaghetti was cooked to perfection - al dente. The marinara sauce is quite nice and was generously applied to the pastas. We closed with the dessert cannoli (see the picture). Again, big enough to share. All in all, a relaxing dinner with wine. By the way, our server Caroline was the best. read more

Absolutely love this place. It is a great addition to Van Buren I had the prime rib it was incredible my wife had a seafood pasta that was very good. The fried Brie was very good absolutely not what I was expecting. My only real complaint is that my food came too fast. Suggestion allow servers to put food in at different times it was very obvious the server put the appetizer the salad and the entree in all at the same time my salad came out about 1 minute after the appetizer even though I had my server put the appetizer in ahead of time and the entree came out about 2 minutes after the salad. I was having a very rare meal alone with my wife and wanted to enjoy to enjoy the experience rather than stack food up I felt a bit rushed. But we didn't rush and enjoyed the meal and had a good experience.food was spectacular. read more

Was hoping for a pleasant experience when I was met with un cooked pasta and the blandest tasting Alfredo I have tasted and I'm a pasta connoisseur. Greasy dirty menus were handed to us when we were sat. For the name and aesthetic, you'd think they'd have rich tasting pasta, attentive customer service but I was wrong. Never got my cup refilled either. Management is also unprofessional when dealing with guest. They should really step it up read more

Visit Pasta Grill about 2 weeks ago, first chance to leave a review. We were seated in back half of the restaurant, a bit noise, but good seats. The fist thing I noticed Bruschetta was NOT on the menu, a disappointing start. The bread was warm, but looked like WalMart style Italian bread. I ordered the Blacken Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine and my wife ordered the Lasagna and Alfredo Fettuccini. My Blacken Chicken was NOT very spicy, kinda bland. My wife always orders the Lasagna, so she can compare hers to others restaurants. The Lasagna finished last in comparison test, the Alfredo was ok. Overall the food was better that other local Italian restaurants. We will give the Pasta Grill another try. read more

Without a question this is the best food in the Van Buren area. I have eaten there once or twice a week since they've opened and I've never had a bad meal. They not only have Italian dishes, they also have steaks and other American food. You can go lite with soup and salad or you can really dig in with pasta and one of their amazing desserts. read more

First visit to Pasta Grill on a Thursday night. Two couples. I had salmon gnocchi and it was wonderful. Food temperature hot and stayed hot which I like. Food itself super. Wait staff lady also very fine. Others in our group also really liked the food. Entrees were served quickly, no long wait. Very attractive restaurant. Only drawback was sitting on hard , uncomfortable bench seating. Can't wait to try another dish from an intriguing menu. read more
