A friend of mine introduced me to Jessie at E Travel & Tours last year, whom she's been using for years. Jessie is very friendly, patient, and helpful. She doesn't push you to buy plane tickets as soon as possible from her, and lets you take your time to think it over. When I was going to buy some United Airline tickets from her earlier this year, she actually suggested me to wait because she was certain that the prices were going to come down in a month or 2... and she was right! I ended up saving $100 for my ticket to Taiwan. I always call around to find the best deals on plane tickets, and so far E Travel & Tours has been able to provide the best price every time. Their pricing beats Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz and even the popular Chinese travel agency "Just Holiday". Jessie is very responsive through phone and emails which I appreciate. She will always be the first one for me to call whenever I plan a trip to Asia.

I found Jessie her from Yelp and use her over a local Portland company because of her attentive service, even though she is extremely busy. It turns out this is the best decision I've made. I was given several options, after I told her my complex situation and urgency. She gave me her own experience, but not pushing me to buy anything on the spot. She even suggested that I google around to compare shop. But she would be more than happy to help. Well, I did. (I consider myself very savvy surfer -- spending hours to get the best deal.) And I cannot find any deal better than what she offered. So I went back to her to buy the ticket. I wanted to hold, but not purchase because something are still in flux. Well, I flip-flopped at least 5 times. Jessie was as helpful to me as the first time. She was very patient and resourceful. I kept honest about my indecision and she was extremely cooperative. I finally made up my mind and took one of the options. At the last stage of ticketing, she wrote back and said she got the price down a bit due to currency fluctuation. Happy surprise! Then, I went to Taiwan and things didn't turn out as planned ... short story: I have to change the return flight several times. Jessie really helped out. She found several options and booked my flight back. (Bonus: I sent her requests during her late hours and she did her best to respond after hours.) I couldn't have been in better hands. Jessie can do things that even the airline representatives cannot. She is resourceful and attentive. And she offers as good of a deal as anyone else. You can't go wrong with Jessie.

Can you image sit in a van for 7 days and under every seat, they put water supply under the seat, not just the seat super small , I can't even stretch my leg at all. Air condition even worse. Its hot in the front and cold in the back, no way we can control or adjusted it . No assign tour guy, basically our driver is our tour guy too. I found the tour guy use his cellphone taking pictures many times when he drive . And every morning, driver always late, we have to wait for him most of the time . For food, Chinses buffet everyday . After 2nd day, I just pay, I can't eat any of that food anymore. They choice the Chinese restaurant alone in the plaza, so I can't go other nearby restaurant to eat at all. The last day we need to combine w other tour bus to go back ( finally we can sit in the real bus), tour guy ask us to pay $65 each for tip before we move to other bus. After we pay the tip, he basically just throw us out the van, don't care about us at all. No one tell us where to seat , no help for moving the luggage . We went to the bus, don't know where to sit, but get yell by the people already in the bus , says " go to the back. You can't sit in the front " who knows, the seat was empty.... wth.... Very unprofessional, I don't care they might be cheaper( I never compare) but if you're in business, need to have right conscience to serve your customer . Bad bad choice to go with this agent . They only care about your money . Not your safety nor your satisfaction either !
