My passport expires in March. Peninsula Visa & Passport made the application process easy-peasy. They entered much of the information required off my current passport, then sat me down at a PC to fill in the remaining information. I was done in approximately fifteen minutes. When the passport is created I can pick it up at their office. I asked for a ten day turn around, but they offer faster processing, but faster passport creation comes with a fee. read more

Where do I start... 1) I made an appointment for New Years DAY (1/1/25) and when my son and I got there, we were greeted by Evan. 2) Evan is such a stand up guy. The office was actually closed because it was a holiday. Despite this, Evan took us in anyway! He said it was his fault for not clearing the appointment calender. 3) When we got inside, Evan explained the process of getting an expedited vs. non-expedited passport. Their office does expedited passports and visas only. Since we weren't traveling anywhere, we opted for the non-expedited version. Evan sat us down and walked us through the whole process of scheduling with USPS to do this. 4) He looked at our documents to make sure it was what we needed. My son had the right ones but I didn't. Evan gave me options on how to get the documents that I needed. 5) He was so sweet with my son. He have him a draw-string backpack, gave him water, and entertained him while I completed the forms on the computer. 6) To top it off, he didn't charge us a thing for his help. What a stand up guy and what a wonderful experience to start off the New Year. Will definitely return if we need their services in the future and will refer all friends and relatives here! read more

Peninsula Visa's site is very good, but the support from Gabby was even better. Staff at the office (when I chose to drop off my paperwork in person) were polite, efficient and helpful. I found the messaging interface on a site a little confusing because you can have multiple threads at once, but the staff get you through it. I didnt get my visa back yet, but the submission process has been very good so far. read more
