A week after we met with her, she called and said "Your VN Visas are ready for pick-up." WOW that was fast. We came in to pick up the Visas and booked our flights for an up-coming vacation to Vietnam on the spot. All went smoothly, Ms. Jeannie said she would check in with us again before we leave, just in case anything regarding the Airlines (Asiana) could change before our departure date. She reassured us that she could create a very good itinerary, and that if her staff listed hotels that we didn't approve of, we could trade them for the accommodations we preferred. Biksee stated that she would get back to us, but several days passed without any word. We attempted to text and to call her personal cell but did not get a response. Finally we were able to speak with her. Then we received an itinerary by email. Several of our destinations were missing! We called Biksee and texted her, requesting that she get back to us but she never returned our call or text. WE DO NOT recommend using Signature Travel and Tours.
