My experience with Passport Plus was horrible. My company used Passport Plus to obtain Visas for our business travel. My colleague's Visa request letter was particularly difficult and as a result, I had to revised her paperwork. Because this isn't something I do every day, I leaned on Passport Plus to help me but they were unhelpful and borderline rude even though we paid them to advise on documentation. Their feedback was confusing and they responded "no" to some emails without further direction. Larry in particular is unprofessional and despite his inability to communicate how to revise the letter, he threatened to charge me if he had to look at another revision of it. Also, when we received our passports from Passport Plus, they stapled and taped their business cards on multiple pages of our passports, rendering those pages useless. Don't work with these guys. They're jerks (Larry) and your money is better off elsewhere. read more

Renewing a passport in the age of Covid seemed a bit daunting after reading about long waits, cancelled trips due to new passport not being ready, etc. I contacted Passport Plus Visas and the process was simple, streamlined and FAST. I communicated with Florence and Valentina. They were both professional, clear and very speedy to respond if I had questions. The passport was submitted on 1/7/22 and I received the new one via FEDEX 7 days later on 1/14/22. On the expensive side - yes BUT, you get what you paid for. Concierge level service and a quick turn around time made the fee money well spent. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of passport renewal services. read more

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would. As you can see from the other reviews, this is a horribly run business. I don't even know whom I was speaking with (I gather his name was Larry) - but he spoke to my business associate over the phone with such inexplicably rude condescension AND addressed me in-person with an arrogant tone most reserve for a bad dog. When I asked him to change his tone, he proceeded to act more aggressively, saying "he was sick of dealing with us." This treatment all because WE didn't have an expert understanding of the process that HE is being paid exorbitant fees to handle. It's HIS business...and he handles it like an absolute scumbag. I'm almost certain that Larry also committed 3-5 Federal offenses in my presences, which include: -altering the AMOUNT on the credit card authorization form (he advertises $200 "on his website" but insists that it is $250 in person, which he took the liberty to write WITH HIS PEN over my associates writing) -He mangled my sealed Passport envelope - a Federal document from a Federal agency -He has OTHER PEOPLE's application - with all their information - When I refused to continue to do business with him - on the grounds of how rude and insulting and incompetent he acts - he not only tossed my application at me, but also refused to return the CC Authorization form that contained PERSONAL INFORMATION and my CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I insisted he hand the form to me and he threatened to call NYPD, claiming that it was HIS form. In retrospect, that's probably because it contained evidence of HIS writing changing financial information without permission. You really wanna deal with this guy? I was perfectly happy with Jason Carter at Same Day Passport & Visa Expedite Services (192 Lexington) - they are night and day in regards to customer service. You can use whoever you want - but I wouldn't recommend this guy. PS - apparently, Larry will act as if Jason Carter works for his company, but they are different entities. Horrible service, high fees and poor customer service. This company was recommend by a friend. I contacted them and dealt with Valentina & Larry who both told me we would get our documents back in time due to a travel deadline. Needless to say never got the visa, paid high fees and we still have to resubmit for the visa. We a refund was requested they offered a credit to reuse there shitty service. I needed to apply for a work VISA for a country in the Middle East. The procedure involved certification of academic credential from the consulate, as well as some other requirements. I spoke with Valentina Meehan in their NY office. She is basically an "expert" in this VISA process. She knew precisely what needed to be done, what documents had to be originals, and she clarified all of the ambiguities in the requirements sent to me by the Embassy. She was very helpful by email during the document preparation phase. We then started the two-step process. Both steps were finished on time, as she had expected, and I had my VISA in two weeks.
