What a beautiful store! Lots of lovely things you don't need but want, want, want! I always find something special to commemorate my trip to Eugene. read more

What a beautiful place!! Lots of pretty displays - great selection of items!! I got the little wallet I've spent the last year looking for! Yahoo!! Plants, tablecloths, napkins, cookbooks, candles.... When I need a great little gift - I'm coming here!! read more

I love this store. I live in Eugene and go here all the time, as they always have wonderful finds - from gorgeous old salvage to hand painted ceramics to local artists' work. It's not cheap, but frankly, given the hand artistry, it is really reasonable priced. If you were to find any of this in the San Francisco Bay area, for example, it would cost three times as much. The owner is really nice, and I love her eye for color. If only all stores had such a wonderful combination of color and design. read more

Love this shop! Every time I am in Eugene to visit my BFF Dawn, we drag our daughters and anybody else we can to this store. Absolutely our all time favorite shop - anywhere ! read more

Whenever I go in here I just wish I could take home gads of stuff and redecorate my whole home. Alas, my budget doesn't allow it. I have bought the occasional small thing, and gift there. The staff has always been very friendly and tolerant of my window shopping. read more

A little pricey but this is the cutest shop for not only a wide array of flowers but so many adorable gifts and trinkets! Reminds me of an Anthropologie with a flower shop in the back. I've been trying to find a maile lei to order for my brothers graduation and this was the only place that had a few leaves left - I don't remember her name (I'm sorry!) but the girl that helped me so sweet and from Hawaii herself! She worked with me on the order and even recommended adding some yellow flowers - I love the final result and so does my brother! Mahalo! read more

MY FAV STORE IN EUGENE!!! ~ ***** This store is so inspiring. I love the artistic, creative, flowery, organic, cultural vibe. I also come here for ideas for crafts, gifts and/or a little pick me up. A true Gem!!!** Love this spot ; ) read more

Cute! This has become my go-to spot for finding special gifts. The customer service is consistently good, and the staff are always able to answer any questions I may have. I love this place, but I had to take off one star because as a gal who lives a pretty thrifty lifestyle, I would love to see a bigger selection of affordable (under $25) items. If I was made of money I would want my house to look like this store. read more

I am so disappointed. I live in the Portland area but am marrying down that way in September. After searching the Internet for a florist I really liked, I stumbled on Passionflower Design. I set up a consultation with Jamie who was so kind and helpful, and we set a tentative appointment that she said possibly wouldn't work. Jewel wrote me back the next day to tell me the timing won't work and if we could reschedule, and I said I understood as I had asked on short notice but that no other time this weekend would work and we would have to reschedule. Instead of sending back an understanding, "ok hope to see you soon," or something of the sort I got back a rude passive aggressive email from her telling me she didn't want to do the appointment but if she had to she would. It wasn't just the statement it was her phrasing of it that was condescending. It was enough to let me know that I should keep on my search for a florist who knows understanding and kindness is key to growing a business. read more

Passionflower Design did all our bouquets, boutonnieres, and floral arrangements for our wedding this last fall. Taylor was absolutely amazing at understanding my vision, and I completely trusted her as an artist to pull it all together! When I saw the final products the day of the wedding I was blown away, as they were beyond anything I could have ever imagined! I would highly recommend them for any floral design, especially for a special event like a wedding. It gives peace of mind to any bride to know they can whole heartedly trust a vendor, especially on something that has such an aesthetic impact. Thank you again! read more

I visited this store for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the assortment of merchandise they carried and how beautifully it was displayed. On the other hand, it took the 4 employees that were working almost 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. A simple hello when you walk through the door isn't difficult and the fact that they continued with their own conversations was very rude. After selecting two items to purchase, I walked to the register to pay and had to wait, again, for someone to come help me even though there were 3 employees there, plus the owner. (2 of the employees were busy catching up with a friend that had come in.) A dark haired woman with bangs finally came to ring me up and again was rude. Didn't ask if I had found everything okay or anything for that matter. She said my total, made no eye contact, took my card and slapped it back down on the counter when she was done instead of handing it back to me. Had me sign the receipt and neglected to offer me one for my records. No goodbye or have a nice day, but at this point I couldn't expect that. Nothing in this store is worth the service I received today and I'll never be coming back here. Surprised a small, local business would treat customers so rudely. read more

What a gorgeous store! The layouts are beautifully presented and there's lots of wonderful little treasures like the Edward Gorey version of Tarot cards. read more

This is the best floral shop I have ever seen. I have lived in several states all over the country, from small towns to big cities. Passionflower is by far the best of any shop I have ever used. I frequently order flowers from here (roughly 6x/year), and every time I am more than satisfied. They use the most unique and beautiful flowers, arranged in such amazing ways, with the most creative vases you will ever see. My wife raves about their flowers to everyone we know here. Excellent, top notch customer service is just an added incentive. Guys, trust me, for Valentine's Day or any other occasion for your wife/girlfriend, order something from Passionflower to GUARANTEE she will be more than happy! read more

Complete waste of money! My mom ordered an arrangement for my birthday, but when it arrived, the flowers were already wilted. Additionally, the arrangement was amateurish and just plain ugly, to be quite honest. My husband, mom, and I were all pretty surprised a business would feel comfortable delivering a product in that type of condition. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. read more

I asked Passionflower to make my wedding bouquet. The end result was gorgeous - a beautiful mix of greens and flowers, just as I requested. My wedding was in Portland and not only did the bouquet make the journey perfectly in-tact and fresh, but it lasted a full week after the wedding. read more

The shop was able to work with me over the phone to design a beautiful and very unique arrangement that they delivered the same day. I really appreciate the personal touch and great service. read more

Taylor worked closely with my daughter and me on her recent wedding. She was great to work with and on top of the whole process. We appreciated her attention to detail. The floral arrangements & bouquets were absolutely stunning on wedding day. I can't say enough about how beautiful everything was. Can't wait to see the photos. Thank you Passion Flower Deaign! read more

Amazing store. Beautiful goods. If you haven't been, go soon.

wow. it's really unfortunate the women below had such a bad experience with the floral dept at Passion Flower! i'd be upset too. that said~ i've been working with them for over 20 years and have always found the floral arranging to be awesome! always. i think you managed to get the one bad arrangement they put out almost never. you can't beat them for creativity and price! read more

I LOVE PASSIONFLOWER! I sometimes need a little retail therapy, and can always find something that is in my price range (depending on how much therapy I need ;) ) They have a great new clothing loft that has so many treasures (And they keep all body types in mind!) I just got a Knitted Dove sweater with owls on it as a gift and love all the complements I get when I wear it. Make sure you have a little extra time when you go in because there's so much to look at! Not only is the store well lit and easy to shop but the staff is great. Becky always has a new little something to share and is super helpful, Jewel is usually buzzing around with new ideas and new ways of displaying items, and Sarah has such an eye for floral arranging. This is always the first place that I bring friends from out of town, when we want to go shopping. AND they're right in the heart of downtown Eugene. Passionflower is fabulous! read more

My husband had arranged for me to receive flowers for Valentine's Day. He coordinated ahead of time for them to be delivered before 10:00 am to ensure I got them and could enjoy them at work. When I met him for lunch he asked if I had "received something special" and I told him no. He was pretty disappointed and told me about the surprise delivery that was already supposed to have happened. He had to call them to figure out when the flowers were going to be delivered. They finally arrived to me 3:45 pm. They were beautiful, but one of the stems was broken and hanging by a thread. I called to let them know about this and asked them to do a credit for my husband. I was put on the phone with the owner, who ended up being quite rude. She insinuated that my husband had made up the 10:00 AM delivery time and barely apologized for the broken stem. She ended up offering a $10 credit and said next time she would "do something special". Unfortunately, there won't be a next time because of the way she handled the call. read more
