He was sensitive, attentive, and offered much more thorough instruction and advice than my orthopedist did. He was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced and consummately professional. The rest of the staff--from the receptionist to the therapeutic assistants--were helpful and always civil. At the beginning of my therapy, I was in severe pain and very debilitated. I had little hope of anything approaching a full recovery. Dr. Melchione worked me through it all step by careful (if rather demanding!) step. The facilities were state-of-the-art and immaculately clean. I'm back on my feet again, standing fully upright, driving my car, walking up and down stairs, breezily managing to traverse the sloping, up-and-down streets of Lexington and working in my garden. I can't recommend Dr. Melchione and his clinic more highly.
