I must have seen her over 15 times and am now fully functional with my wrist movements. Together we made plans for me to heal and relearn how to move my wrist and hand. Scheduling appointments is incredibly easy, and everyone in the office is friendly, accommodating, and organized. I have TRICARE Select, and the insurance process has been seamless thanks to their knowledgeable and helpful staff. One thing I really appreciate is their workflow. Patients are staggered every 30 minutes, and therapists work with no more than two patients at a time. The process is incredibly smooth and efficient--you never feel like you're sitting around waiting or competing for your therapist's attention. The care feels personalized, focused, and well organized. The quality of care has been exceptional. My therapist has created a personalized rehabilitation plan that has helped me make tremendous progress in a relatively short amount of time. Whoever runs the "office" is incompetent and ruins there patient relationship. An email or letter talking about the physician leaving would be minimum expectations but I found out trying to make a sick visit appointment instead . Whenever I saw one of the NP I always left with an incorrect diagnosis and more of a flustered look. I unfortunately have co morbidities and they did not like things that didn't fit in a box of simple diagnostic. Stay away, go to UVA primary care riverside or even Sentara if you must.
