Elena is extremely nice and very competent. She reviewed the x-rays for my painful, bruised left arm and determined I had no fractures and it is likely sprained. She explained everything SO well and told me things I had never known about bones! She had me make a future appointment in case my arm does not heal in 10 days and she will x-ray me again. Her nurse, JILL, was extremely helpful fitting me with a ProCare brace to wear for the 10 days. It's very comfortable and feels secure and good on my arm. I also want to compliment Receptionist DANIELLE without whom I would never have had this appointment! She found it for me when I desperately needed to see someone after my fall. Danielle is always there when we go to Orthopaedics or Podiatry and is the most efficient, cheerful person I know! Thank you to everyone for excellent care!! Annie Rowe, Madison, VA.

Honestly, if I could rate this practice negative stars I certainly would. Let's start by the…read moreunprofessional treatment patients receive at this practice. This practice treats patients like an inconvenience. Patients are brought in after lengthy waits and then they are seen by interns. The interns are quite disrespectful in their approach. On one particular day, I witnessed an intern being asked MULTIPLE times to stop touching a patient's body as they were causing extreme pain, they IGNORED the patient's directive to stop touching them and continued to do so. This is an outrageous act by any medical provider. Especially when you consider that patients coming to this practice cannot physically move their body away from a person or situation as easily as someone who is not injured. I called to report this act and the proper attention was not given to this matter. Additionally, the physicians at this practice do not seem to care about the needs of the patient. They quickly pop in a room after the interns and do not adequately address the concerns of patients. I do not recommend this facility unless you want to pay someone to ignore your actual needs and treat you like a number instead of a human.

I needed surgery to repair it. The woman's insurance company was threatening to sue me and harassing me multiple times a day to try to get me to dismiss the injuries as false. I also had a concussion, couldn't hear out of my left ear for a few months, had Bell's palsy, shingles and 3 bulging discs in my neck. I told Dr. Grant I thought I was going to have to get a lawyer to get Geico to stop harassing me, and he accused me of being the problem. fine, whatever, have your opinion. something else he did disgusts me. He told me and 2 other family members he released an entrapped tendon and repaired my rotator cuff, but in my surgical notes he changed that. luckily for me he wrote it on my post op note when leaving the hospital in his handwritten statement. it's the only up reason my medical costs were covered. what a jerk! do better Dr. grant! thank god I had a lawyer because my doctor didn't care what happened to me. that's clear. his surgery skills were fine, however.

They were friendly, extremely helpful and very thorough and clear about getting information and conveying treatment options. I ended up getting surgery on my knee. It was done quickly and well and my follow up care was excellent. I could not be happier with the care I received from everyone in the office. The whole operation is very patient-centered and they are very accommodating about everything from appt. times to extra attention when a complication arises . The personal attention is very genuine and they really listened to what I wanted.
