Small Hoagie. I swirled my fork on half looking for meat. There wasn't any, just sauce. Chips were stale.

Food quality has gone way down. I ordered a small Hoagie. It did not have enough meat to cover half the bread. Chips were old.

I just noticed that Pasquale's only has a 2.7 and I don't understand why it's so low. This pizza place has been there my whole life and I'm glad it's still there after all these years. It has always been consistently good IMO. I've never had any issues with poor service. The atmosphere is not fancy, but I don't think it's expected to be and I for one, don't want it to be fancy. It's one of those places that provide local color to Boaz and the whole Sand Mountain area. Keep making great Pizza, Pasquale's! Ordered the Hoagie sandwich. The description said Italian meats. The "Italian meat" was bologna.

Best buffet in Boaz. Ham sandwich off the menu is classic Pasquale's perfection. Staff is so friendly! Salad bar is my fave!

The interior is quite spacious, which was unexpected given the humble shopping center storefront. There were lots of places to sit and everything was tidy. They have a fairly expansive deli menu with sandwiches, soups, and what I think of as southern salads (e.g. chicken salad, pasta salad, etc - not necessarily a meal or dish with a bunch of greens, lol). They also have the option of getting half sandwiches with a soup or salad. You order at the counter here and are given a number, which an employee will call out when your food is ready. The folks working were pleasant and attentive and our food was made quickly. My dad ordered a Reuben sandwich with chips and my mom and I both got the Frito chili pie. We both got sour cream with ours; I also got pickled jalapeños on mine at no extra charge. Everything was tasty. The Frito pie was a sizeable portion and very hearty. The chili wasn't spicy at all but had satisfying umami flavor. The Fritos stayed nicely crunchy and the jalapeños were a great touch. My dad liked his Reuben too, though it didn't quite stack up to the heights of his GOAT Reuben, haha. The side of chips was impressive and very generous. Overall, a simple but satisfying visit that we enjoyed. Give them a try if you're passing through.

There was incredible excitement revolving around a visit to this place, as I have visited a few…read moreAmish style bakery and restaurants. The idea was to try out their take and bake Lasagna of which a large aluminum container cost $48 with no cheese topping. Let the suspenseful anticipation begin on the ride home. Pop it in the oven, cooked longer than expected from frozen, no big deal. Had to add my own cheese topping. Everyone was fished out their portion and we began to eat, when all of a sudden... our mouths were on fire burning from not heat, but spice, and I mean pepper spice, almost like they used salsa for sauce or something of that nature. None of us could continue to eat it. The following day I called and expressed my concern and dismay and they talked to management but wouldn't put anyone else in the phone and said well that's how we make it. I said it's not supposed to be hot peppery spicy, it's Italian not Mexican food. I have never had lasagna in a spicy version ans I've had it made by a large variety of people and places. They didn't seem to care and that was the extent of the call. I will not give them business again, $48 is a lot to spend on food that is clearly mislabeled. Give them a try and see what you think, or don't. Either way, I know what I experienced and I was not pleased.
