But after hanging out closer to the airport side, we got spoiled with the smooth sand and no rocks. Condado Beach is full of rocks so running or working out is a challenge if you're into beach workouts. The beach is public however the resorts do a decent job of curtailing the public patrons. We stayed at Stellaris for the last leg of our trip and the resort gave out wrist bands to ensure employees knew were guest. It was easy to get lounge chairs as they would see us walking from the hotel and the wrist band was a quick give away. If you're a resort guest you'll get towels. Other people who were on lounge chairs with no towels had either paid for the chairs and/or were staying at the cheaper hotels behind the resort. In summation, although the location is live and busy, the beach is not the best on the island but it does the job. Would likely not stay in the area again as this beach wasn't the most beautiful on the trip. When you come to an island, the beach is the most important part and should be the most beautiful place you are.

Some more info about this spot/Place- this spot is on Route 187 between Isla Verde and the Rio Grande. means - if you are planning to Visit Playa Flamenco (which is a Must do- cause it is one of the top beaches in the world) and if you are coming back to San Juan to catch a flight then I would suggest taking this route 187. a couple of reasons for this- 1) Pinones area which is famous for its street/roadside small/decent food joint - you don't wanna miss if you are a foodie 2) Scenic Route 3) You wanna save money on toll skipping Route-66 (no sense paying rental company for its transponder and $10/day)

It's right next to a lighthouse that has a beautiful view of the coast line. I heard an American say, "I love it here, I want to move here! " It made us giggle. It was amazing to see how there's no more parking lot. Hurricane Maria blew so much sand in that all the sand completely covered the parking lot.

No stores or any kind of place to buy anything. There is a guy renting chairs and umbrellas but they are limited, there is not shade close to the beach but you can safe swin. The beach next to it is for surfers and it is not safe to swin plus not liveguard at all. The shorter way to walk there is a little dangerus, a lot of roks can end on a bad fall. i find out from one of the locals that if you want to skip the rocks you can walk using an entrance that is on the side of the road and you will end up on the surfers beach and just walk to la poza. i will add a picture where this entrance is locaded.

Seven Seas Beach was one of those for me. Coming from the mainland, it almost felt unfair how naturally beautiful this place was--clear water, palm trees, soft sand, and mountain scenery all blending together into one peaceful view. AMBIANCE Parking: There's a parking lot but there's parking on the road. I'd probably prefer parking on the road if you're going to leave as the beach closes (the line can get long) Seating: Plenty! Whether it's in the main beach or the hidden beach you got a lot of choices. Vibes: The area is a more calmer side of Puerto Rico. Fishing-town environment with local bars, seafood spots, and opportunities for bio tours. The main beach is really nice with with turquoise water, green palms, and views toward the surrounding landscape. There are a few kiosks setup if you do want to grab some food. If you're up for an adventure, coming from the main entrance, you go through a forest (enjoy the sights and sounds, like the coquis) for a good 30 minutes you can enjoy "playa escondido" a beautiful secluded beach with the common calm, shallow, and crystal clear waters but less human traffic and a better view of sunset. TL;DR OVERALL 5 Stars. B-E-A-utiful! I'm glad to have stumbled across this spot. My only wish was that I was there longer to enjoy and take it all in. You'd never know this beach exists if you're standing on the street. The beach is decent, there are food and drink kiosks that come handy when you want a break from swimming or sun bathing. We noticed some people set up beach chairs and small tables and turning their area into their own personal comfy space.
