well, this is not something must do when you are in Puerto Rico, but hey, there are some photos from the trip which shout "Yeah I am in Puerto Rico" and this spot is one of them.
there are 2 big giant chairs colored in Puerto Rico flags, which is perfect for photography, having Pinones beach and perfect palm trees in the background. this is not a public spot, this is property of Mar-Bella beach club- but they are okay if you go there and click some pics.
Some more info about this spot/Place-
this spot is on Route 187 between Isla Verde and the Rio Grande.
means - if you are planning to Visit Playa Flamenco (which is a Must do- cause it is one of the top beaches in the world) and if you are coming back to San Juan to catch a flight then I would suggest taking this route 187. a couple of reasons for this-
1) Pinones area which is famous for its street/roadside small/decent food joint - you don't wanna miss if you are a foodie
2) Scenic Route
3) You wanna save money on toll skipping Route-66 (no sense paying rental company for its transponder and $10/day) read more
