The husband was very kind and he found a tool and he removed it myself. Then I went inside, and Haley is the person who helped me. She was wonderful, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly. She was kind and patient. After she processed everything and gave me my new license plate, I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver to attach the plate to my car. She had a gentleman who works in the office following me out to my car and he put my license plate on for me. Now that is what I call Service!

Apparently in Florida (or at least Tampa) you have to make a reservation to get into the DMV which is the best way to do things ever! We walked in, all of our paperwork ready to go and printed from home. It took less than fifteen minutes to get it completely finished, and we walked out with his new license in hand. In Traverse City it took no less than 30 minutes for the employees to even look at you sideways let alone tell you they were too busy to deal with you. It's been a long time since a review, and this place has gotten faster over the years. There's always a wait unless you get here at like 7:45am( they open at 8:30am). They have plenty of people working the windows now and average is about 15-30 minutes a visit. It's so crazy they have to limit out of county residents till 4 pm.
