I've been a working fabricator for 30 years. My experience with NM Metals LLC at first was good but…read morenow I cannot in good conscience recommend this company at all. They lack the ability to make cuts to a specified size. I ordered 90 pieces of 16 gauge 3/4" square tubing at 52" that they charge me over $250 for. There was no consistency in the cuts. That varied 1/2", some less than 52" and some more that 52". Additionally they sold me a thicker material than I wanted. They lack customer service and made no effort to correct my order. They hung up on me. Now I have to recut every piece of metal. I've lost time and money. I will never use them again.

A man of his word, he arrived within the time frame and went straight to work. Within the hour he had my gas leak repaired and I had heat again after the NM Gas Company turned off the furnace on Thanksgiving Day. These are the qualities offered by Keanu at Crego HVAC -- promptness, professionalism, expertise, reliability, friendliness, and efficiency, Not only did he solve the problem, he educated me about effective venting and never tried to up-sell me. I am a very satisfied customer and would call on Crego for both my HVAC and roofing needs. Almost forgot, it was affordable and follow-up guaranteed!

We were heading to ABQ when all of sudden we have our fender fall off of our newly built kayak trailer. Luckily we were slowing down to turn into a gas station. It wiped out our light and plate holding it. The fender was being held on by the wires. This was Thursday and we called this morning and James had us come in and welded it back on, replaced the light and plate....AND made a BETTER license plate holder. If I could I would give 6 stars.

I requested a quote for custom metal fabrication from Salteydogg, and accidentally, a discussion…read morethat clarified part of the specification was taken for an actual order. The next call from them was to tell me that the order was ready. But in the meantime a previous, long delayed order for the same thing was completed, and I could not cancel it. Salteydogg then very kindly ate the loss, and even invited me to do business with them in the future. Which I certainly will if the need arises. Partly the confusion was caused by the fact that Salteydogg still does business on the honor system, and did not require a deposit or even explicit confirmation. It's great to do business with such an outfit, and I'm sorry that ended up hurting them this time. Recommended.
