I spoke with Sergio, the owner and texted him numerous times about this and he assured me he would show up today. Once again, he did not show up or even call. I can not speak for their work but their customer service is a "one star". I will be using another company. If they can not show up or call, I do not think I can trust them with their work or a pre-payment.

I've been a working fabricator for 30 years. My experience with NM Metals LLC at first was good but…read morenow I cannot in good conscience recommend this company at all. They lack the ability to make cuts to a specified size. I ordered 90 pieces of 16 gauge 3/4" square tubing at 52" that they charge me over $250 for. There was no consistency in the cuts. That varied 1/2", some less than 52" and some more that 52". Additionally they sold me a thicker material than I wanted. They lack customer service and made no effort to correct my order. They hung up on me. Now I have to recut every piece of metal. I've lost time and money. I will never use them again.
