Dr Leff is an amazing Doctor, with class, grace, and he treats all patients in the manner he would treat his own family. I appreciate the excellent medical skills of Dr. Leff, I never have any complications, prolonged pain, my issues are always resolved in a pleasantly perfect manner. I have horrible anxiety with going to see a Dentist. Dr. Leff, and his staff are very calming, reassuring, and highly professional. When Dr. Leff gives me a needle before he does my root canal, I feel no pain. Most of the time, I don't even know he has done my root canals, that is how awesome Dr. Leff is. I appreciate when Dr. Leff works on my kid's teeth, he sits down with them in the waiting area, and have the most fascinating conversations with them about school, academics, and I find him to be absolutely amazing. When anyone asks me , who does great root canals, I tell them to go see Dr. Leff! They do not make Doctors like Dr. Leff anymore. I also want to thank Natalie, Ebony, and the other very kind assistant in the office that works as a team to make sure our insurance covers our procedure. Also- the root canal took two (2) days not sure why? I wish it was completed in one session. I have ankylosing spondylitis and between the complications of A.S. and the multitude of medications I've been taking for many years now, I had major dental problems. They required surgical extractions and intervention. It was a tremendous amount of work and made what could've been a miserable experience into a very pleasant one. My experience with the surgical intervention, followed by complete implant work, has convinced the rest of my family to begin seeing Dr. Nejat as well. The doctors at Advanced Periodontics are truly experts in this fairly new field.  When I first visited the office, I was literally terrified of having any sort of dental work done.  I mentioned this during my first consultation and they took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care are second to none.  Coming from me, a real chicken.... that honestly means a lot.  The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me even greater confidence that I was receiving top-quality care.  My procedure went smoothly, and the results exceeded my expectations. I grew up watching my grandparents and parents deal with the agony of using, cleaning and maintaining traditional type dentures. They could not eat everything they desired, were constantly dealing with hardware problems and the messy cream and paste type adhesives required to keep them in place. Their physical appearance and speech were negatively affected, and it was obvious to just about everyone they were "false teeth". With all of this knowledge, I great fears of ending up with traditional dentures.  After everything was ,I walked away with implants & bridges that feel great and, more importantly, look fantastic!   Their appearance is far better than my original teeth and are far more functional. My biggest regret...?? I wish Dr. Nejat, Advanced Periodontics and implant technology were available to my grandparents and parents. It's truly life-changing.
