Parking easily found, clean & calm environment, & smiles on the walk in? What more could I ask for? From the front staff, Nicole & Ashley were the absolute sweetest and always ready to help with any and every question!! To Dr. Sia whom handled my oral filling emergency less than 24 hours after it happened. To the wonderful assistant Thayany that was extremely patient with my picky needs. (I am not easy to please but they did it stupendously!) Dr. Sia was extremely informative in explaining everything prior to working on my needs. During her work she explained absolutely every step which I thoroughly appreciate as a type A person who needs to know it all!! Tahany met all of my needs in making sure I was okay from beginning to end. She was xtremely attentive & I LOVE a person who pays attention to detail. Together?!! Oh my, WHAT A TEAM!! When I asked a simple question why didn't the office call me about the estimate before my visit here when they told me they would, she gave me a snappy answer response instead of a helpful answer. Customer service should be a priority, especially in a healthcare setting, but clearly, this office doesn't value treating patients with respect. To make things worse, when I asked to speak to the doctor to discuss her behavior the doctor told me "You're not the first one who is complaining about her but it's hard to find employees so we can't do much about it" I will not be getting my treatment from this office or recommending this office to anyone who expects to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Let me say...I hate the dentist and it gives me so much anxiety. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I am day 2 post op...no swelling, no pain and no need for the major pain killers. Doctor even called me last night to make sure I was doing well and settled my mind over what I thought was excessive bleeding. Not at all. They are very thorough and the office runs smoothly. Appointments are flexible and thankfully never have to wait too long. Next comes the process of getting an implant and I'm positive it'll be as delightful as it could possibly be. I thought god that is expensive. what they didn't tell me is that they could not find my insurance with subscriber not on file. as it turns out they over charged me. but using a credit card.. I can dispute through the credit company. now root canal done and a claim processed.. today they owe me $421. now they want to charge me for palliative care . no pain Associated so can't charge that. i will wait a short time and either dispute any new insurance claims for items that don't make sense or go to my credit card to dispute my refund.

It's hard to believe this is the way someone would describe having six teeth replaced to install 3 implants which then support a new set of six teeth. But the smooth gentle process, and the care from the staff and the doctor were actually a pleasure to experience. I was very positively impressed by Dr Abrahams' expertise as he moved smoothly, thoughtfully and confidently through each step of my several procedures. At each of my several visits over a period of months, I was pleased by how quickly each step moved forward and was completed with no complications and relatively no pain or discomfort. Dr Abrahams must be doing gentle, precise, careful work because after each of session of implant surgery, my personal experience was NO BLEEDING, NO SWELLING, NO PAIN, and NO COMPLICATIONS. In February 2025, I developed horrible tooth/gum pain. My previous dentist stopped taking my insurance & failed to tell me this until I called about an outrageous bill. The next dentist in my area wasn't taking patients for two weeks. I contacted this office (of oral surgery) & was told that Dr. Rannucci was on vacation but his partner oral surgeon was there & I could make an appointment. I specifically asked the young lady on the phone if he not only "pulled teeth" but if he also did general dentistry & she assured me that "he does everything" so I made my appointment. The appointment was for the next day, and early in the morning. I was there on time but imagine my surprise when I spent 20 mins of my "appointment time" listening to the hygienist (a middle aged Caucasian woman with straight dark hair mixed with gray) & the oral surgeon (believe his name is Cappetta.) talking about me & how they would not be able to handle my "care" unless it was to do an extraction. I guess they thought tooth pain made me lose my hearing also. Anyway, they called me to the window & the oral surgeon was pretty dismissive & borderline rude. There was a little back and forth because I was given false information. If he didn't do "general dentistry" and he kept saying I needed a referral. (According to my dental plan I do not need a referral to go to any practice.) why is his office staff stating he does. They wasted my time & I had to both take a day off of work AND get there for before 8am. Ultimately he suggested I go to my old dentist and get a referral but ended up giving me the name of two dentists in my plan that I could call & telling me that after I see them, if I need oral surgery I can "come back here". They couldn't even give me the courtesy of calling those dentists and seeing if they could squeeze me in, due to my high level of pain. I ended up leaving because there was nothing else to do. Also I want to mention that the day I made the appointment I was told I HAD to give a $100 deposit just to see them. Which I did but I made them refund my money. All the while the young lady at the reception desk did my refund request she was smirking. This review may have never happened if I hadn't spoken to my best friend and she tell me she ALSO had a poor customer experience with this office and that same surgeon. She also knows of two additional people that experienced the same. So clearly, this is a pattern. I would sincerely recommend thinking long and hard about coming here unless you like to be mishandled by a doctors office. Sort of a buyer beware situation This is why I do not and would never recommend this office.
