They have had insurance on file. Why not execute this the day before? Repeatedly called my phone for my wife's appointment even after I provided them the correct number. Then, sent a text to me to confirm the appointment. Asinine! Just another poorly run business who believe their time is money and your time doesn't matter! I needed somme major dental work done. The x-ray technician was wonderful as well as the dental assistant. However I'm not sure who the other lady was but she came rushing out to the front desk when we were trying to schedule our follow up appointment to see where to go from there and she said we can't help you hear there is nothing we can do for you then she stated when would need either a maxiofacial surgery or another type of special but refused to reffer us to one she said we would have to find one ourselves. Well I did she'd a few tears as out in the parking lot as much as I tried not to. We tried to make appointments with the specialist on our own they said we would need recommendations from the general dentist I had seen needless to say they were no help Thankfully my Dr. Wrote me a recommendation. When we went to the maxiofacial surgeons they said the report was not detailed so it did no good and said I would need a great dentist to work with whatever team would be trying to help me restore my smile. So to summarize the woman was absolutely horrible and I'm sure God will deal will her.

He is not pushy on the expensive dental work (eg crowns) and I don't feel like I'm in a sales office ( it was the case for some other dentists I used in the past). The receptionist is always nice and helpful to fit you in if you need an urgent appointment. The hygienist is also very nice and great with cleaning the teeth - not too painful! The office itself is new and freshly decorated as they just recently moved to this location.

The staff there are nice/friendly and every time I come for a cleaning, they do a thorough job and answer all my questions. They even clean your night guard for you if you request it, just tell them at the beginning of the visit so you don't need to wait around for it. The office is clean. And another bonus if you care is that the bathrooms on the floor have bidets. What's interesting for me at least is that everytime I go, I have had a different person tend to me. I really appreciate the front desk staff who are patient with me when it comes to scheduling my appointments as my schedule changes often and have to reschedule due to my work. They will also send you text reminder so you don't forget about your appt as time gets closer. Only other thing is that they used to have weekend opening but due to staffing they're hours are a little more limited now. Highly recommend checking them out!

On the date of the appointment, they were actually running fast and offered to see me earlier, which I hesitantly accepted. Upon arrival, I was immediately put at ease and was given tips to help relax and adjust my mindset. I was quickly seen and xrays were super fast, thanks to the sweet technician that ensured she moved quickly to get all my teeth captured. The dentist that I saw was really personable and kind. She could see my sensitivity and explained that some people can get approved to get numbed before a procedure. We found one cavity and I was able to get back in for a filling within a week. Dr. Upadya truly listens to my concerns and offers a thorough, comprehensive evaluation. He has diagnosed my dental issues and presented me with multiple options which fit my budget. I have terrible teeth and choose to have cleanings every 4 months. Ann Marie has been my hygienist for many years. She is friendly and meticulous...2 very important qualities. The only thing that might throw you off is that she's a lefty, so you have to turn your head to the left side. I was seen by Dr. Maddalena on a Saturday morning due to severe pain in my lower right jaw. We had…read morenever met, but his assessment of my condition as forwarded by another dentist (Dr. Defillipis, who shares a partnership with Dr. Maddalena and my long-time provider, was not on call). He did, however contact Dr. Maddalena on my behalf. So, via a three party association, he agreed to see me immediately. He discovered and corrected an error made by a VA dentist the day prior. He performed a route canal that very morning and prescribed an alternate antibiotic. He also provided several packages of two over the counter medications he judged to be most effective for any post-procedural and infection induced pain. He is a consummate professional and treated me with the care I needed based on medical necessity and not on the basis of a prior relationship. He directed me to call his cell phone later in the day to assure the measures taken were effective and called me on a Sunday morning to verify the continuing decrease of symptoms. His actions reflect the importance of his perceived responsibility to render care when needed.
