He is very knowledgable, skilled and an expert in his field. He is caring, friendly and efficient and makes the procedure seamless. My son was treated by him many years ago for removal of his wisdom teeth also and had a great outcome.

He did oral surgery a couple of weeks after the consultation. I have no complaints about his work. Today I called his office for a new concern my dentist has & the person who answered the phone almost immediately said "he does not take insurance". I was still willing to make an appointment but she was not interested. She told me to find someone in my network & corrected me because I used the word "dentist" when I referred to Dr. Cohen. I also used the word "doctor" many times in our conversation, so I made a mistake. Forgive me! The possibility of surgery is scary enough. I don't need a rude receptionist. Dr. Cohen should consider changes in his staff.

As a prerequisite to any time off due to Medical procedure my company requires forms to be filled out. This office sat on my paperwork for over a week without filling it out. When I called to follow up on the status of the paperwork I was told there is no one available to fill out the paperwork. This resulted in me having to reschedule the procedure two weeks out pending the paperwork was filled out. After being strung along for a few more back and forth phone calls, I was sent a timed email at 301pm stating they could not fill out the paperwork work. When I returned the call two minutes after it was sent out I was told the office is closed and that o was speaking only with an answering service. (Delayed emails are a great administrative stall tactic) This was a shock as I was there one year earlier for the same procedure. The office filled out the paperwork work and the office signed off on it. I was then given every excuse in the book as to why this situation was different than the last situation. The admin staff lie using medical jargon and obstacles in hopes of keeping the patients intelligent questions at bay. When pointing out the inaccuracy of each statement provided Dr Kaur herself presented on the phone. She was rude and condescending. Not willing to communicate bidirectionally. She kept insisting that my last procedure the forms were filled out as "a one time deal". (Quite concerning to here a surgeon using term like this) She finally hung up on me after I stated that I would be unable to continue doing business with Hudson Oral Surgery if there office was unable to fill out simple Medical forms for my work. If you want a Willy Nilly make up excuses and not be entirely truthful office and Dr to deal with Then Dr Kaur and Hudson Oral Surgery is your office. My only wish is that I found a more professional office for my last round of treatment. I am now two weeks of back and forth phone calls and emails and completely empty handed. I now have to find another Oral surgeon and start this process all over for a third time in three weeks. Thank you again Dr Kaur and Hudson Oral surgery for the most unpleasant, unprofessional and distasteful waste of time I've experienced in quite some time. You are a great reminder of what's wrong with the medical system and the awful things normal patients must go through on a normal basis as a result. According to the pamphlet Dr Wong does everything starting with a simple filling and crown, going to Invisalign and implants.While I was waiting outside I heard other people spoke highly about Dr Wong. Office is brand new it is clean and they have patients refrigerator filled w/water and juices, I assume for kids. When u r entering their super big bathroom u can find everything u need there, starting w/disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as dental floss and bubble gum. Dental assistant showed me around before I was seated and asked me if anything else I might need. Next thing you know a stress ball was in my hands and it all was over. I came for filings and within 20 min they were done. Dr also asked me if I want a Cleaning but I decided to do it near home, might even use Groupon. Great office great Dr highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had to have a root canal redone on a tooth previously performed by this dr. While…read moremy pain subsided initially, I had terrible pain months later. He would not revisit this tooth because "it's dead" and said it was the tooth in front cause the pain, which was not accurate. A second opinion confirmed it was the root canal tooth. There was root still remaining, an ill fitting crown causing poor bite, and too large post caused terrible pain. An endo and new dentist took months to be able to save my tooth from extraction and manage my pain. I normally don't share feedback but felt I needed to be honest here as the work performed was not quality, rushed and often felt my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, having to pay again OOP for a $1000+ procedure months later.
