Ms. Wonju and instructors are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping each student succeed. They provided thoughtful guidance and really understood how to bring out my daughter's strengths. The program is very well structured and professional, which was especially helpful since my daughter began her portfolio preparation a bit later than most. The school created a clear plan tailored to the specific requirements of each college she was applying to, particularly for design majors, not just traditional art majors. With their support, my daughter was accepted into most of her top choice schools this year and received scholarships from every school she got into. And it truly reflects the quality of the program. I have two daughters, and based on the experience we had with my older one, I've already enrolled my younger one, who is currently a freshman. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in pursuing a major in art or design.

We have been sending our girls to Sketchbook for over 4 years and what really sets this art studio…read moreapart from others is the individualized guidance each student receives from their teachers. The other studios we have sent the girls in the past offer a more "cookie-cutter" approach from project concept to completion. The girls are allowed space to roam and explore with each project which is a far cry from their experiences in previous studios. We love how technique is emphasized along with learning how each media can alter the look, feel, and interpretation of an art piece. We cannot be happier with how our girls' have grown as artist through these years. We strongly recommend Sketchbook to anyone wanting to grow as artists!

Their studio was able to accommodate 10 people and they provided us with all the materials. I chose a Tangled inspired image with a silhouette of a couple on a boat and the night sky filled with floating lanterns. I would be lying if I took all the credit for my masterpiece. I asked June to help me paint the silhouettes of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask - which turned out the way I envisioned! June and Diana were very accommodating. I made sure I asked at least 2 months in advanced to schedule my paint night on a weekend. They were outgoing, energetic, and VERY patient with my party. The studio is overall a really cute space. A big plus that it's near a Starbucks and Ten Ren's. Props to the bright and cosy decor! The walls are decorated with incredible art pieces that were made by Diana and June (at least most of them were). Their regular art classes are for children and adolescents. I highly recommend this art studio.

We invited about 10 of Audrey's close friends and classmates, and the kids had an amazing time together. The party started with a one-hour instructor-led art lesson, and every child got to create their own beautiful art piece to take home. This year's party theme was "K-pop Demon Hunters," and Mr. Nathaniel and Mr. Kai did an incredible job bringing the entire theme to life. From the decorations and setup to the fun K-pop music playing in the background, the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The kids were excited the moment they walked in and had so much fun the entire time! After the art lesson, we enjoyed cake time and play time, and it was so special seeing both the children and parents happily enjoying the celebration together. We are so grateful to Mr. Nathaniel and Mr. Kai for helping us create such a beautiful memory for Audrey's 8th birthday. All of the parents kept saying how cute and creative the party was!
