This was my first time doing the Holiday lights tour with my family. We opted to rent the bigger…read morebus. Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.

Would never book this company!! 20 minutes before our bus was supposed to pick us up after driving…read more2.5 hours we were notified all of the buses were broke down. We are in Nebraska you don't know the proper diesel to buy and the additives needed to keep the bus from gelling up. After the missed pick up we were provided with an email 3 days later stating they tried finding another company to take us out however, every bus in Omaha was broken down. This is false because I was able to hire premier party bus of omaha. Not only was his bus running the owner personally drove us around until he was able to find another driver. The bus was larger in size and it RAN!! Do not trust this company with your business look elsewhere!! Thank you Wayne from premier party buses Omaha!!

I did an ollie the trolley tour a St. Paddy's day bar crawl and it was fun! This trolley was…read moresmaller than others and held about 50 people. We went three different places and got there smoothly. The bus driver played a lot of music however the speakers weren't very clear. OVerall I had a good experience, and it was affordable.

I have been on Ollie the Trolley a few times, for a wedding, for a Christmas lights tour, and most…read morerecently, for the Haunted Cemetery Tour around Halloween. The trolley was the same as always, with wooden bench seats, widows that were cracked a little as it was a hotter October day, and an intercom for the commentary that was barely audible (they definitely need to get that fixed). We were able to bring our own coolers with drinks, etc which I thought was a nice touch. I'm not sure if other tours allow you to do this or not, depending if they have any partnerships with any food and drink vendors. Our driver and tour guide were wonderful and nice, I just wish we at the back could hear a little bit better. We asked questions at the stops we made and they were totally willing to repeat things they had said on the intercoms. The cemeteries we visited were the Hillcrest/Westlawn, the Prospect Hill/Pioneer Cemetery, the grave of Anna Wilson (of Wilson and Washburn), and the Offutt Manor which is said to be quite haunted. We also drove by several points of interest and heard a little commentary about those places as we passed. I know Ollie the Trolley is an Omaha institution, and most every local has probably ridden on Ollie or one of his siblings (Molly, Polly, etc), as they've been around since 1985. It's a fun afternoon activity if you do one of the tours or for a wedding or event, just don't expect to have super comfy seating or be able to hear the commentary unless you're super close to the front.
