Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.

The bus was very cool, I mean it was a hundred degrees outside and it was so nice and cool and refreshing inside! We've been on a few party busses before and this one was tops by far!. The interior was fresh, bright and the seats looked professionally upholstered and very comfortable. They arrived perfectly on time and the driver followed my instructions to the "T". (I didn't ride along, nobody wants their Dad on a Party Bus with them-lol). We needed them to arrive at a very specific time at the reception, and Robert, being the pro he is, pulled up right on the dot, allowing for the Hollywood entry our daughter wanted. There are a couple of other party bus companies out there, but as a Dad, knowing how important this day was, I'm glad I didn't entrust it to anyone else.

I received an email stating that another reservation came in before me, and even though I was down, it came before mine, so mine is getting canceled. I was bummed because if my name was already down, why am I getting kicked out. There was an apology and offered a smaller bus that wouldn't fit the team. This was totally a splurge for the boys. I wouldn't be upset if I just called and was told no, but I went through the process with the deposit in the designated time to be told nope, sorry, and not even offered different nights. I understand mistakes get made, but instead of trying to fix the error, all I kept getting was they were overwhelmed. December is usually booked a year in advance, and we have had overwhelming calls, texts, and emails daily for holiday light tours. Next time, say we overbooked. Let's fix this.

We had to have at least 8 different people leave the reception to pick us up. When I called to ask for money back they said they had a bus to get us but we had all left by the time it got there. The bus had been broken down for at least a half hour before people started to come get us. We had another person go back after everyone else to make sure everyone had a ride. No one saw the bus. The owner said he was showed up about 30-40 minutes after he got a call. No one saw him either. I called and talked to the manager. I explained why I was upset and he said I was being very rude. I did have a tone but was not raising my voice. He said that he was going to have the owner deal with this. The owner mansplained how busses overheat in the summer. In my opinion, if your bus overheats, it should not be driving people around for a 2 hour time slot in the summer. The contract said they "will make any effort to resolve the situation by providing alternate transportation or a refund solely at the company's discretion. Neither of those happened. I called upset, I admit I did end up raising my voice at the end because of how rude they were to me. He said that if I were to dispute this with a credit card company he would take me to court and have me arrested. Then he continued to hang up on me. I would have been ok if they had handled this in a better way.

They are an absolutely HORRRRRRRIBLE business. We used them for New Years Eve this year. We were 18…read moreminutes over our time and specifically ask the driver if we would be charged for that and he said no. Then we asked him if gratuity is included in anything that we paid for and he told us no. So everyone started tipping him separately giving him $20 bills etc. So far we have calculated that he was given at least $90 in cash. Which would have been a 15% tip since our bill was $600. Then we made sure that we cleaned everything off the bus and no one got sick on it. All of the sudden two days later the card that we used to reserve the bus was charged $250. When we reached out to the company to ask them why they were extremely rude to us. They explained to us that we went over our time and that resulted in $150 charge and that we told the bus driver that we would go get him more money to make things right and come back and we never did. That is a complete lie. They then said the remaining $100 was a tip for the bus driver because he told them we did not tip him, another COMPLETE lie. They just charge your card and not even tell you why, then when you ask they are so rude to you. You should see the unprofessional emails we have received from the business owner. We will be disputing this with our credit card company, but we do not want it to happen to anyone else, so we are getting the word out there. I would never recommend using this company to anyone. After I put this on social media, the owner took to his personal page and asked his friends to go post good reviews about him, not even specifically asking only those who have used his services. One of his friends told him I posted my experience on a lot of different sites, and he said "Well game on." He is a horrible businessmen. READ his reviews on Facebook. Anyone who gives him a bad review, he is mean to.
