Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.

We went onthe standard tour through Northwest Omaha AFTER Christmas, and again, the best time to go because light are still on and less traffic. This bus, the Haley, was perfect for our smaller group this year. I will continue to recommend this company because they're tried and true, and the accommodations are at the level of the price they ask. Looking forward to doing more rides in the future.

Fast-forward a few days. I received an email stating that another reservation came in before me, and even though I was down, it came before mine, so mine is getting canceled. I was bummed because if my name was already down, why am I getting kicked out. There was an apology and offered a smaller bus that wouldn't fit the team. This was totally a splurge for the boys. I wouldn't be upset if I just called and was told no, but I went through the process with the deposit in the designated time to be told nope, sorry, and not even offered different nights. I understand mistakes get made, but instead of trying to fix the error, all I kept getting was they were overwhelmed. December is usually booked a year in advance, and we have had overwhelming calls, texts, and emails daily for holiday light tours. Next time, say we overbooked. Let's fix this.

I started asking around from the multiple people that booked and sure enough - the terrible customer service ran beyond that. I was SHOCKED at some of the emails I read from the management team - beyond disgusting and rude! I've never seen any business in general with worse customer service. Book with a company that actually deserves your money and business. In response to the comment: Hello Dustin, person that feels the need to make false assumptions and invalidate a woman's opinion to make yourself feel bigger. Instead of doing the same to you, I'll leave it at this: I'm very disappointed that you are making this out to be something it's not instead of accepting that your business, like all others, is not perfect and loved by every single person. I am NOT a liar and wouldn't have made a review about a specific incident that happened a year ago, as you mentioned. I'm not sure why it would shock you that someone that spent years prior in the area has been on your buses before, guess that says something about the lack of confidence in your own company. Contrary to your apparent belief, I am my own person and not just somebody's sister. I had very little to do with planning the situation you're discussing (though I do think it was handled poorly as a business - I'd never speak to any customer that way). Believe me - I wouldn't have selected this company because as I mentioned before, I have others that I prefer anyway. This review was sparked by recently being with a group of people and someone entirely unrelated to all of this (they don't even know Leann) brought up a separate situation involving this company. They showed some shady messages they received from this business. We all know that you have no desire to resolve issues and this person has better things to do than be bullied by you, so I'll leave their name out of it. Others began to chime in with similar stories that they had heard about this company which seemed really ironic and led me to think that this must be more common here than I originally thought. This response discrediting me and blasting unrelated parties confirms what I was already 99% sure of - this is by far the most unprofessionally ran business I've ever known. I 100% stand by my review and am going to carry on with my life now. Maybe, for once, you'll make the mature decision to do the same instead of wasting your time to come back and harass me some more over things that make absolutely no difference anyway.

    Worst business. I rented a bus for my wedding and the bus broke down. We were about a half hour…read morelate to our wedding reception causing us to miss out on our dollar dance, which would have been a good chunk of money. We had to have at least 8 different people leave the reception to pick us up. When I called to ask for money back they said they had a bus to get us but we had all left by the time it got there. The bus had been broken down for at least a half hour before people started to come get us. We had another person go back after everyone else to make sure everyone had a ride. No one saw the bus. The owner said he was showed up about 30-40 minutes after he got a call. No one saw him either. I called and talked to the manager. I explained why I was upset and he said I was being very rude. I did have a tone but was not raising my voice. He said that he was going to have the owner deal with this. The owner mansplained how busses overheat in the summer. In my opinion, if your bus overheats, it should not be driving people around for a 2 hour time slot in the summer. The contract said they "will make any effort to resolve the situation by providing alternate transportation or a refund solely at the company's discretion. Neither of those happened. I called upset, I admit I did end up raising my voice at the end because of how rude they were to me. He said that if I were to dispute this with a credit card company he would take me to court and have me arrested. Then he continued to hang up on me. I would have been ok if they had handled this in a better way.

I also did not like some of the things stated in the contract. I did not sign the contract and I immediately emailed Justin to cancel our reservation. Justin's response was that the $100 deposit I just gave him 10 minutes ago was non-refundable. I did not realize the deposit was non-refundable until I started reading the contract. Yes, in an email exchange a week ago when I was seeking information and "shopping" for a party bus, it was mentioned that a non-refundable deposit is required to book but I exchanged many emails with many different party bus companies and unfortunately didn't remember this specific company's policy. I believe Justin should have reiterated this policy when he was taking my credit card information. So less than 10 minutes after giving him $100 and without signing the contract, I asked for my deposit back and he refused. He explained that he already got charged a $10 processing fee so I then offered to pay that $10 if he would give me my $90 back. He still refused. We went back and fourth for several minutes in which Justin never took fault for any miscommunication, instead I was in the wrong. Regardless of who was in the wrong, I felt like this company (or maybe just Justin) lacks good customer service. I get that their company has a policy, but that policy should have been reiterated on the phone when I was making my deposit to avoid a situation like this. There should be exceptions to a policy, especially when it means you're going to lose a first time customer over it. I will obviously never use this company nor will I recommend it to any of my friends.
