From the time I requested a quote to the day of the wedding, Hollywood Star Photo Booth was very professional and personable and they never missed a beat. I never had to guess if they still remembered that they booked the wedding as they kept in contact with me for almost a year. The customer service was outstanding from the get-go! I had so many guests from the wedding compliment me in my choice of the photo booth and tell me it was the best they had ever experienced. They worked at rapid pace so that everyone had a chance to get it for a photo, two, or even three. AND the fact that they were very organized. I loved the positive attitude the worker gave off - he was fun. All the props that were available were very cool. My daughter and her husband were provided a photo album after the wedding and they will be able to cherish it forever. The photo album is fun, amazing and creative. My daughter loved the front of the book as well for what Hollywood placed as the quote. He kept it very personable and we were blessed to have such a wonderful company be apart of our special day. When I reached out to them about this, I got an apology, and an assurance that they have never been contacted regarding something like this in the 17 years they've been in business. They then said they would speak with their staff about this. There was no attempt to try to make it right initially. They reached back out to me today and offered a small refund to compensate for the water being left on, which is in line with what I would expect a business to do.
