I have used this taxi service several times since (scheduling a ride ahead of time) and the driver always arrived 10-15 minutes early, each time saying "I never want the passenger to have to worry if I am going to show up or not." The driver was also careful to take the shortest route each time so I would not be charged extra. Great customer service! City Taxi took precautions in response to COVID-19, as well. The driver was equipped with masks and the car had a clear tarp separating the driver and the passenger seats. If you need a ride, I recommend using City Taxi!

He assured me he would be there, and he was always good about that in the past. But this time he never showed. He didn't even call, just didn't show up. Because of that I missed my appointment, which was to check the incision on the back of my neck from a recent surgery. Since I missed the appointment I did not know that the incision had become infected, since I couldn't see it. I ended up in the hospital for five nights and had to have another surgery to control the infection and am still on drugs to control it. If he had called I could have taken an Uber and the infection would have been found before it got this bad. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!

Long story short, I finally made it to my destination 15 minutes late. The last time I tried Uber, I had actually scheduled a pickup a few days in advance, to take me to the airport. Was told on the app that a driver was on his way, but the scheduled pickup time came and went with me still standing on the curb waiting. Fortunately, I was able to get another driver, making it to the airport with just enough time to get through security and find my gate with a few minutes to spare before boarding. I would love someone from Uber contact me and explain their crappy customer service to me. I feel like I'm owed some compensation due to their ineptitude. They also need to update their app to allow for rider comments and ratings on drivers that pull this kind of BS.
